Probably the ultimate build. I stayed 250SX because of e start and reverse but the suspension is garbage. This has me re thinking things. Superior machine here. Congrats!

What a great Idea! May even be a little cheaper than trying find an all original 350X for a nice rider. I may think about doing this if I can find a none runner for cheap.

Used to put xr500 engines 350x frames. Did a 185 with a 500 xr and it was super sketchy but stupid fast

just bought a 1983 dt125 and a 1989 dt 200....... the 200 has 33hp almost same engine as a blaster.....only 238lbs too/street legal 2 stroke

Use a heat gun and then some bungie cords or tie downs to hold the seat down while it cools.

my 350x had a aluminum rack out back as long as not on a hill it would not flip over. I've thought of making a 400ex into a three wheeler.

I watch your shows all the time do u think a 440ex will run beside of a stock honda 450r I use to have a 450 built but sold it and got a 400 with 440 I think it's better riding in woods

Hey man, theres a 2022 PitsterPro 190 fat tire in my area? I know you had one here at one point still have it and would you reccomend it? Mechanically inclined here so no worry working on it.
