Turn off "Anchor Mouse Cursor to Clickable Switches or Dials" or add the line "set g_b3DClickableCursorAnchored 0" to your user.cfg. I run it that way and the cursor is always relative to my monitor/VR view
As of 4.37U1 .cfg edits: g_b3DClickableCursorFixToCenter //designed for non-VR users g_b3DClickableCursorFixToCenterIfVR There are also key/DX button callbacks to toggle this on and off and give other devices mouse click ability.
