@@serverbf100mr Yes, but the collision of the two airplanes is directly associated with each other, so I think the whole thing can be considered an accident.
Whats insane is how fast you jump to conclusions. With the tiny bit of info we have it does not look like an atc issue but a pilot error (entering a runway after being instructed to hold short.).. in reality there are conflicting "facts" out in the media. Give them a chance to investigate.
