I am a Shawol for years now and the only thing I can say about this cover is AMAZING. Picking SHINee's songs to do covers is hella dangerous, because it's easy to ruin them and look unnatural. It's like stepping on the mine. But fck, ATEEZ made it. They didn't just dry cover it, they added their own vibe which made this fcking BEAUTIFUL and MAGNIFICENT. Their future is so bright it blinds me, they have so much talent I'm speechless. For years only SHINee could surprise me, but ya know what? I'm also an Atiny now. They are so fcking amazing it hurts. Talents, real talents. They are not rookies at all, they perform like they have years of practice on their backs. Amazing! It's the best cover of SHINee's song I've ever seen.

Choi Jongho literally one of, if not the best 4th generation vocalist he's the only one who sang Jonghyun's part that im satisfied woth

As a Shawol who knows basically nothing about Ateez: Who is the boy who opened the song doing Jonghyun's part? His lower register is beautiful! Also, who is the guy with the black hair and the red shirt? His voice is also beautiful. Good luck to Ateez! You've pulled off a SHINee song, which is hard, believe me!

let's talk about jongho's versatility!!! like at 0:28 he's not just singing the song, but matching his tone and style to be similar to the original. I'm not totally sure what that is called on the syllable *ha*jima but it's a shinee signature and also not at all something jongho does in his normal singing but he pulls it off so naturally here. seriously amazing. he really could be the best vocalist of the 4th generation.

Ateez's vocals are gorgeous in Sherlock, they really divided the parts perfectly to fit each member. Jongho and San sound amazing and Yunho is just so solid, I haven't heard any other group cover the vocal part SO WELL as Ateez excluding of course SHINee themselves.

I got a bit emotional listening to jongho covering jonghyun's part but they all did justice to the song I'm so happy right now

I'm gonna say my opinion. ATEEZ is more of 'thieves' vibe than 'detectives' vibe. Their dance is so organized and powerful, it's actually captivating when you know that SHINee's original choreography. The contrast makes me interested to watch how they interpret SHINee's gentleman and beautiful, sherlock style choreo into ATEEZ's wild , joker style.

I am a shawol and SHINee is my home. No one can replace SHINee and their vocals (especially jonghyun and jinki's voices) but ateez is something else. Literally one of the most talented groups. And Ateez is the only 4th gen group I stan. I am so proud of them! So proud to be an atiny. They nailed it as always! Kpop's future is safe ♡

Seonghwa be getting Taemin's parts, he must feel so happy in this moment! Also Jongho served! He did Jjong's parts perfectly and its so satisfying to hear someone pull the intensity Jjong's range 😊 PS. As a shawol and atiny at the same time I am so happy with this cover! They slayed and gave justice to the song! I'm so happy and proud! 💕💕💕

This is the Sherlock choreography, but it isn't the way SHINee dances it. ATEEZ made it their own, which honestly shows that the band has a good idea of their own identity and don't feel the need to copy SHINee.

I'm not very familiar with ATEEZ but as a long-time Shawol this cover warmed my heart ♥ since SHINee is an older group you don't see many covers of their songs anymore and it saddens me a bit when newer kpop fans don't know much about them. But ATEEZ really did justice to Sherlock in my opinion!

I'm a MOA who came here from TXTs cover on the same song, and tbh, Ateez covered it so well, I'm shocked. Their charisma and vocals are no joke. Especially the guy who covered Jonghyuns lines. Rooting for ATEEZ!

Ateez is the only group to ever do justice to original legendary songs by their seniors. It just doesn't feel and sound like a normal cover.

Ateez's covers are always satisfying. It's like their own songs, yet I can still feel the original songs, not awkward at all. As expected of kings of performers, they're also kings of covers.

Re-watched this a few times and Seonghwa's vocal skills me amaze every time! He has such flexibility with his voice that at times he doesn't sound like himself and I'm left shocked no matter how many times I watch this.

I'm a SHAWOL and an ATINY. I stan SHINee and ATEEZ the most. So I'm very happy to see that ATEEZ is covering their Senior SHINee's song. SHINee is a legendary kpop group and their music is Unique and all of the songs are MASTERPIECES. SHINee has one of the most beautiful and the best songs in the Kpop Industry and those are IMMORTAL.
