Seonghwa is always quiet during interviews but he actually DOES talk about how much he loves his members on a daily basis. He is obsessed with Hongjoong, he talks about him daily on Universe 😂

There was one live where seonghwa said "It's impossible not to love wooyoung. And he knows it, that's the problem." This reminded me a lot of that :)

I like how wooyoung and changbin are interesting communicators being pointed out in these reactions yet funnily enough they’re actually best friends in real life 😂 very interesting combination 😂

san is really really affectionate to the members, and Physical touch is probably on top for his love language aside from hyping and complimenting his members everytime.

I know people already said it but I'd say Seonghwa is actually one of the people that express themselves the most just not in interviews. He is more open around people he is comfortable with. He is one of those that talk the most about how important members are to him. Like when Mingi came back, Seonghwa said he cried to see his toothbrush change because it meant Mingi was there with them again. Or how he has literally said how he missed Hongjoong when he wouldn't come home to their room. He is the one having said how it's impossible not to love Wooyoung. He is the one that ateez have said they go to because you can lean on him and he will comfort you as well. He has so much love in his heart. I always saw him as the most expressive one if I'm being honest. Not afraid to cry. Not afraid to tell you he misses you or loves you.

Nice to see more ATEEZ! As for who gets teased the most, it changes from time to time, but Seonghwa is definitely one who gets teased the most - and he and the others have mentioned this themselves too. He is so gentle, caring and yes very silly at times, but he also often hangs in the background and when he speaks, he is extremely sincere towards the others. He is very easy to tease, but also the others have often mentioned how much they appreciate his caring and comforting nature. Mingi and San do also get teased a lot, Wooyoung sometimes too especially by Yeosang, but really Wooyoung is the main gremlin of the group. And we love him for it, obviously.

I've always been intrigued by Wooyoung and San's bond. It's very rare and particular, they kinda complete each other in a very fascinating and beautiful way. I don't really believe in soul mates but they always make me think about it hahah a video about these two would be interesting.

What you had to say about there most likely being more depth and sides to Jongho is actually quite true, to be honest. I must say, I agree with that! I feel like Jongho has more playful characteristics that we don't see as much. 😭

i always find it interesting how you can be the maknae in one group but the oldest in another. Seongwha is the oldest Ateez member but a younger brother, and Jongho is the maknae but is an older brother and feel like it explains a lot about them

I love this video! Some people misinterpret Wooyoungs playful and teasing personality as something snooty, but I think you explained it PERFECTLY! He's adds alot to the group and his style of love language I think helps unify all of the members, especially those more reserved. And he makes sure to stay within the boundaries of his friends- something that is very commendable, since sometimes people can tease too far unintentionally For Jongho, I personally think hes so mature not only because of him being the main vocalist, but in his family he is the eldest son, while the other members (beside Yunho) are either the younger sibling or an only child. Of course that only changes so much, but in a lot of families the eldest has a different overall energy than younger siblings, because of the sense of responsibility and leading by example. So going from being the eldest and carrying those responsibilities, hes now the youngest; which makes his energy not necessarily match the "maknae" vibe. For Yunho, hes also a mini mystery to me. The members have said he's usually the most receptive of the energy within the group and is able to tell if anything is slightly off. He seems very self aware and emotionally intelligent, and I think his ability to keep his energy consistent while still engaging actively with the members is a true sign of that- especially if they're 1 on 1 or in small groups- he will adapt to the energy and love language to whoever hes with, and I find that amazing.

If you haven’t seen it yet, I recommend watching the clip of Yunho mocking Wooyoung’s laugh. The whole group is there, and it’s fun to see Wooyoung being teased.

It's so interesting... I'm an Atiny for years now, since back when ATEEZ were just rookies and they were not even half as popular and successful as they are now. Back then I always got the feeling that Hongjoong was too strict and pretty much always in leader mode, to the point the members tended to get a bit uncomfortable sometimes. They had a lot more pressure back then, and as a result I imagine he had to be more uptight than ever and reel them back more than he should've. But I remember, I think during fever, in a live he said "I am trying to be kinder with the members," as in saying he wants to connect better, /be better/. And honestly, I'm seeing that so much nowadays, he's much more open and laid back as you said, but Hongjoong is not the only one that is. ATEEZ are now much more relaxed and confident as a whole, performing, talking, even Yeosang who used to be in my opinion the most reserved is coming out of his shell these days. Mingi who had the most doubts after his long hiatus, I clearly remember Hongjoong straight up praising him along with the rest of the members when the boy expressed doubt in his abilities. Hongjoong is always praising San's hard word and Yunho's leadership in dance and Jongho's talent. He says that he is thankful for Seonghwa's presence beside him to the point he wrote a song dedicated to him. He also acts like Wooyoung is his unruly child, but he spends a lot more time hanging out with him, and hanging out with the other members. Just seeing them post about going to a park together (recently) and hanging out and Hongjoong is there and not holed up in the studio as he used to be, is something that makes me so proud and so grateful that they're closer than ever. To see Hongjoong talk so openly, praise them so much in front of the camera, I think that he really worked hard to change and mature, and we're seeing the results now. It also manifests in the guys just trusting him even more, being much more relaxed around him as well. I am so thankful that he is their leader, because the fact that he is so strong and loving gives them strength and stability they need to continue.

I just love how you teach about effective communication with these reactions, even if people are just watching to see someone watch their fav group, they're still learning. And the fact that you enjoy what you watch makes it even better. 🖤🖤 You read them pretty spot on as always. I think one of my favorite things is all of ateez have different communications styles in a way so it's interesting to see.

I think you're very correct in your observations about Yunho so far with him seeming held back and unconfident in this kind of serious conversation or interview which is what you have watched and it's also no surprise to me that you're having a hard time figuring him out because of that. Yunho has a very goofy energetic personality and tends to be the one keeping a positive mood cheering people up and that really shows in casual environments like when ateez are playing games or are just amongst themselves but in situations like these it's just not where his role in the group comes into play.

For my opinion Yunho is the observer and had a natural sense of humor...he can also imitate each member behaviours

Every time I see an Ateez-video from you, I am clicking fast, because I know it will be amazing again! This time you brought me a new special revelation: I am the captain/leader of a busy dance-team and I always look at Hongjoong and think "How does he do it?". Your analysis really helped me realize how important it is to also lead in an emotional context by opening up myself, not just being there for others. A lot of things happen naturally, but it sometimes it helps if somebody puts it into words. PS: I think you are getting closer to Seonghwa 😃The other guys often say, that he appears as a "cool-city-guy" first, but they labeled him as the "Mom" (and Hongjoong "Dad"), because Seonghwa is the one they relay on for emotional support.

Jongho also dont really like skinship likr that so its amazing to see how comfortable he is with the members embracing him. Jongho is also the eldest child in his family so I feel his maturity come from that. I always felt he was much more mature as far a maknea's go.

Wooyoung is really one of a kind. All the people that see Ateez say that they wish to have a friend like Wooyoung in their life. Even if he was the last person to join the group and spent less time with them before debuting, the members said that he is the reason why they all got so close to each other and that he even changed the whole image of the group. He is just so genuine and real. You'll never see him faking anything even tho in this industry it is what most people do and this is what i like most about him. Like Hongjoong said here he is really a natural entertainer. The other day Yunho said that if he was a variety show director he would definitely pick Wooyoung to be in his shows because with him it won't be boring at all since he is noisy and annoying in an entertaining way. He also said that Wooyoung gets a lot of love calls from many variety shows since he is very funny. I also agree with you Ateez have a really good energy overall and it's mostly what attracts people to them. Thank you for this video, i really enjoyed it!

Now that he mentioned this, I just realized Yunho doesn't express himself or give opinions much, he usually just enjoy listening and hyping the others. You can tell what Yeosang feels eventho he talk less and quiet all the time, but Yunho? He's mysterious ~~~

i feel like i might've said this in the comment section of another video (if i didn't then i sure did think it), but ateez's dynamic as a group is one of my favorite things about them, and so seeing it be explained and expanded upon is so interesting and makes me appreciate it even more. also loved the extra appreciation for hongjoong here, he truly is such a great leader with how well he facilitates these group settings so naturally and compassionately! thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos!!

You should see Yeosang roasting some of the members, he may be quiet and reserved but whenever he's activated, his humor is savage.

I agree with you. Even years being an ATINY, reading Yunho is probably the hardest one to read. He strikes me the same way as J-Hope from BTS back when I was still ARMY. He maintained the same mood, always, and was capable of carrying on the energy of the moment without a second of pause. That made him the hardest one to read and predict, but also, the one that seemed the less open, almost as if he was always carrying a mask. That is how I felt about Yunho many times. That is of course a personal choice, and to hear Yunho here really surprised me, because it is rare to hear that much honesty, to see so much of what he's truly feeling in his face for just a split second, but enough to see that he does feel, that he's more than that cheerful mood maker in the group, more than just his "mask". Hearing it's a defense mechanism is both admirable and sad, as it shows strength but also what I think might be reluctance or fear to face things as yourself. In J-Hope's words back in BTS' Map of the Soul series, you get used to the mask so much you cannot distinguish yourself anymore. Still, I think Yunho has been evolving over time, just in small steps. We see those flashes of vulnerability sometimes, and that's more than okay for me. I just hope that he's at least open with the members or even Mingi who he's been friends with for a lot longer, even if it's behind the scenes.

It's REALLY tough to tame Wooyoung, leader is struggling :D Only San is able to shut Wooyoung down and it's rare to see on camera but only he has that power on Wooyoung. If you watch more videos of them (not interviews but their interaction videos) you'll see who has the control and it's not Hongjoong. I think if there was not San in this group no one could tame Wooyoung and there would be lots of miscommunication lmao And you are right about San not being distraction but Wooyoung :D Wooyoung has very interesting character and he likes to be on top so maybe he'd be better off as soloist ^^

It's funny cause I've seen a lot of Atinys feel confused about Yunho. Like there's something there that's hard to comprehend. Idk if you really believe in MBTI, but it interests me and I'd like to share my view. Yunho is an ENFJ, they are friendly types that people usually want to be friends with. I love all the ENFJs in my own life. Some of the best people imo. Their downfall is that they focus too much on keeping the room happy and kind of sideline focusing on their own well being. They can become too much into their extroverted being and they need to work on that introverted self. I've seen some of my ENFJ friends struggle with that. For a person to really shine there needs to be a balance of introvertedness and extrovertedness. In Yunho's case I feel that sometimes, which is why he can come of awkward when it comes to more serious stuff. Like as though he's unsure of how to express things and he'd prefer moving on to making jokes. (I'd like to add that this is what I see on camera. Idk if he is different off camera. Maybe he's more comfortable then) Anyway, still think ENFJs have the power to do big things if they concentrate on their introverted side more, which is obviously gonna be an out of comfort zone thing for them. But that is what will help them grow

Max what do you think about Zodiac signs? i feel like they also impact the way we are and we communicate.
