Questions from U.S. lawmakers continue for the second day in a row about the circumstances leading to the death of Little Rock Airport Director Bryan Malinowski.
Clarification on this"news" report. He didn't die he was killed, and the warrant for illegally obtaining a firearm and or selling one is of someone with no criminal record and allegedly violates a law that just went into affect and has no set standard so the ATF can do this to whoever they want
I watched the hearing and the ATF director has no idea what his agency does on a daily basis. Nothing will come from this just like Waco and Ruby ridge. The ATF can kill anyone they want and nothing ever happens to them.
Everyone involved in LE needs to be prosecuted! I don't want to hear "I was just following orders". I was in the military for 20 years and we were instructed that if we were given an order that we felt was unlawful or unethical, it was our responsibility to report it and if needed disobey it. Now we might have suffered consequence later if we were in the wrong. This training all occurred because of what happened with First Lt Calley, his platoon and the My Lai Massacre from Vietnam, look it up. I would think LE would also have these same guidelines. These agents and their supervisors had every opportunity to handle this in a safer manner. As discussed in the hearings, they could have approached him at work, they could have searched the house the week earlier when it was unoccupied, (search warrant allowed for this). They CHOSE to create a dangerous situation, early morning raid in the dark of night, cut power to the house, (families lawyer stated house was completely dark when normally the couple left lights on) immediately covered the ring camera, bust down the door and NOT ONE of the ten agents was wearing a body camera. This is total B*** Sh**!!!! Director Dettlebach tried using that an agent was shot to justify this shooting, well director if your agents had knocked on the door and announced WHO THEY WERE (this was NOT done), maybe this wouldn't have happened. Bryan Malinowski was a law abiding citizen with a spotless record!!! These is just like the father that was arrested for defending his very young son who was shoved by an adult man when the father was handing out anti-abortion pamphlets. House was stormed by agents in tactical gear and father handcuffed in front of children, this AFTER he volunteered to surrender to police days before and his offer was REFUSED!!
@@escapegulag4317 Absolutely 💯% Right! This Was Another Lesson, As a Warning ⚠️ Meant Purposely To Intimidate Good Men Into Total Submission To Follow Every Little Detail, Or Else! Ruby Ridge And WACO Were Earlier Examples.
That Man died because? Did he sell class 2or 3 weapons? Every gun owner needs to pay attention to this. Murderers don't get executed for their crimes. They get their day in court. They made sure he would not get his day in court. No knock? No cameras? Sounds like a execution to me.
it cost ATF 40 million to outfit all personal with cameras that they haven't done yet, because they don't have the money. and they have a yearly operational budget of 1.7 billion, so, they can't take 2.6% of that 1.7 billion and set all personal with cameras.
Remember waco . The ATF murdered a whole lot of people over a simple search warrent and could of easily handled the situation differently. You could also include ruby ridge . The ATF over stepped there as well .
This is what happens when you got liberal democrats in office. Liberal democrats are the only ones who want gun control. Vote liberal democrats out of office. They can't take our guns if they don't hold office.
It’s not a victimless crime but ( No arrest warrant )you can’t tell use how many firearms the man sold, you can’t tell use why the search warrant was executed with him home, why you cut the electricity, why you covered him door cam, why you turned off your body cam? Should have asked him if you were in his shoes- how would you respond to this situation. Far as I’m concern the ATF agent that got shot is on him. This is sickening!! This director needs to be facing jail time bet we get some answers then.
How was that fair to that man? He gets woken up not knowing if it was a home invasion etc? They knew he was harmless and decided to execute him, tactic to scare all law abiding gun owners, or political opponents?
No criminal background history and many options for an easier arrest and instead they go in hard before dawn as if he were MS13, absolutely sickening and I hope every single ATF agent looks in the mirror and think on this
He has blood on his hands. God sees everything. He will have to give an account and ao will everyone involved. The person who killed this man in cold blood. They had better repent and confess. God knows what happened
No body cams by local or the ATF? My town of 2000 home owners and every LEO has a body cam, Litte rock Arkansas has a population of 202,264 as of 2022, so i know all the locals have body cams, so why weren't any of those officers cams on unless ATF ordered them not to turn them on, and WHY didnt they conduct the warrant when he wasnt home? A warrant can be executed whether a suspect is home or not yet they waited?
These rules are written with hundreds of pages and thousands of vague definitions. This way they can apply it to whom they target and not Antifa or whoever else is on their team.
It is NOT worth the cost in funds, and human life, to try to keep just one gun from a buyer who may not be qualified to purchase it. Do away with gun control. Americans want free access to guns.
ATF finally did something good mi thinks, look up the airport - The ATF might be chicken hawk hunting, might be chicken hawk manging idk its defo a limited hangout of some kind
That was an ATF hit squad, now who ordered the hit, and why did they order the hit! All involved, should be in jail for life! This is what mafia and cartel hit squads do!
