my 2 cents respectfully: Progressive (not liberal) is the opposite of conservative i.e. are you pro advancement and change vs are you pro status quo and resistant to change. Both of these are valid in different circumstances but picking one and sticking with it in all aspects of life forever is harmful because it misses out on the benefits of the other. do you only want to eat one dish always or do you never want to eat the same dish again. both are dumb at best and extremism at worst

Sir I would want to make a correction regarding atheism and agnosticism: 1. Atheism is simply defined as lack of belief in a god or gods, it is not an affirmative belief that says 'there is no god'. Those who say 'there is no god' are gnostic atheists (gnostic means to be sure of something). And those who say 'I'm not sure whether god/gods exist or not so I don't believe in any' are agnostic atheists, roughly 80% people would be agnostic atheists, so it would be a bit unfair to say atheism is denial of god or gods, it's like saying Abrahamic religions are those who believe in Muhammad to be the Prophet of god, while only one religion out of 3 in Abrahamic religions believe Muhammad to be the Prophet of god. It should be kept in mind that 'not believing' in something is not same as 'denial of something', it's obvious if I don't know about something then I'd refrain from believing in it. 2. Agnosticism is simply the degree of knowledge, being unsure is called agnosticism, you can also be agnostic theist, agnostic theists are those who say that 'they believe in god but they might be wrong', or you can also be just agnostic which means that 'you don't know if you believe in god or you don't'.

So my point basically is that "atheism" is simply lack of belief in a god or gods, the term doesn't give out any more information than this. While "gnostic atheism" is a claim that there is not any god or gods. Even if my rough guess is wrong still by definition atheism isn't a claim, I could share a few links too if you would say, though I agree that this misconception is common because of some old definitions but most of the sources have updated their information. I'm myself agnostic atheist which means I don't believe there is a god because I don't whether a god or gods exist or not. And Eid Mubarak to you! ❤

Although I don't think I fully agree with this definition as proposition itself comes from a psychological state of believing but it's been a good read and helped me understand why you'd use this definition of atheism. I didn't expect this type quality lecture from Pakistan. Sir you used some words while explaining about socialism where you used Urdu words so I couldn't understand that apart from that everything is exalant. Your fluency,way of teaching,timing all are good. Please used some Hindi words also because you have now Indian viewer also.
Very nice explanation. I think nominal secularism in the constitution alone will not work unless its essence penetrates down to the different social strata. The current definition of secularism is suited for erstwhile European nations where society was largely mono-linguistic and monotheist. In the South Asian perspective we need somewhat bespoke version of secularism, where state has to take the onus of sensitizing people on the principles of religious tolerance, linguistic diversity and respecting individual liberty. This is not possible through abstract secularism. But, the other extreme of this approach is pseudo-secularism resulting in appeasement of minority groups and utilizing them as vote-banks. I believe state should intervene in shaping the budding minds with tolerant educational curriculum. This process has been initiated by the founding fathers of post-colonial Indian Union and in-spite of some failures, it is still on the track.

Islam does not accept to be a personal thing, it demands to be public. Secularism is the way of the EUROPEANS which we are trying to practice and we will not achieve glory through it if we copy them without being aware of our Islamic values and boundaries.
