1:35 rounded edges work better than sharp, if the fuel mixture travels in only one direction, sharp flow is better, but in the crankcase it comes from many different places, so rounded works better
У тебя что на том что на этом карбе беднит скорее всего из-за нулевка, тк нет сопротивления на впуске и много слишком воздуха, попробуй воздухан другой поставить может поможет, ты топ😉👍
Dear samodel if you can continue use this types of carbs you will be crazy. These carb are not studied for 50cc motors like scooter but for other motors. You need dell’orto carbs like 19,21,24 phbg. Bye from italy

Обьясните мне, в чём прикол ставить карб от бензопилы, если есть деллорто 17,5? Либо немного подкопить на Полини СП и не морочить себе голову с бедной смесью и тд
@@НикитаНикитич-ц1л какраз таки нагрузка там меньше, обороты выше. И что не маловажно - примерно одинаковы, здесь же - ну такое. Тот же сраный пвк работал бы лучше. Или полини цп, реакция отличная. Либо делорто - реакция чуть хуже, но он независим от погодных условий. Тот же пвк надо настраивать чуть ли не по фазе луны

Вот теперь валит 👍👍👍 на 50сс. карб Ms 070 больше подходит чем на 70сс. Есть моменты по настройке когда наваливал аж заливало на верхах , так что надо настроить точнее и будет ракета 👍👍👍
How long does the engine last? A compression ratio of over 12: 1 is really too much for an air-cooled engine. They say a maximum of 10-12: 1 for a tuning engine

Так то итальянские 50сс на фулл стоке с убраными ограничителями едет 80-85. Сток. Надежный. Без всякой херни от бензопил. На той же ясуни р и мультиваре едет 105.

non et toujours vrai. si les surfaces d'appui sont parfaites, il n'est pas nécessaire de les mettre dans un bain d'huile. les joints sont mouillés avec de l'huile pour les faire gonfler, puis par la suite lorsqu'il s'agit de serrer, tout est à nouveau serré et parfois non. si les surfaces d'appui sont parfaitement planes, cela n'est pas nécessaire. ou plutôt à l'atelier j'utilise un spray pour joints et ça aide vraiment beaucoup plus. Олег, это либо поршневая дешевая говно, либо настрой его чисто под стант что бы нагрузки не были такими большими. Эта поршневая не вывезет такого убоя, ты летом наваливал постоянно, 90 кг жара и ты валишь сотку Канеш поршневая за 2000 развалится, нужно хотя бы кататься в холодное время года, попробуй установить датчик температуры на выхлопе, алюминий плавится при 600-700 градусов. Ты при таком раскладе и атену можешь угробить. Есть железобетонный Варик, ставишь водяное охлаждение с хорошими радиками и помпой наваливаешь, ставишь элетромоторчик от печки от Мерседеса например, мои друзья на рр гоночный поставили моторчик и на гонки ездили. И похер лето осень, моторчик качает цпг охлаждается и все валит
Ты как ребенок, у тебя 2-т двигатель и сжатие начинается не с нмт а с того момента как поршень закрывает выпуск тогда начинается сжатие а ты считаешь степень сжатия как для 4-т и потом удивляешься почему компрессия такая смешная на такой компрессии это мертвый мотор, степень сжатия можно повышать до 16 как говорил Григорьев а фактическая компрессия будет около 10 это нормальный показатель

2:22 I have that same gauge and it sucks. It will always show a wrong reading unless you use the hose with the valve on the tip and without any adaptors, meaning you can only get a proper reading on engines using a 14mm thread spark plug. Anyways, it's probably around 125-130psi right there.
@@Samodel I always do it cold. To have an idea if the compression is anywhere good for your engine without having the manufacturer specs (which would be impossible in this case), multiply the compression ratio by the atmospheric pressure (14.7psi).

athena racing are known to be hard to get going. I suggest you move on to other brands, advice on a very valid cylinder and the top performance tpr 70. if not even a malossi mhr etc ... however if you want to put the 70 back I would try with a piston with a rounded and not flat top, and I would leave the squish a little higher, so and less compressed as an engine. compression hardly ever makes horsepower. reminiscent of a less compressed engine pulls more at high revs, a more compressed one at low revs. so if you want to get even stretch I suggest you decompress slightly. a thicker seal. of squish so from 0.9 / 1.1 you are in this range. and in my opinion it should be better. then I would leave the history of chainsaw / kart carburetors alone, but I would think about translational carburetors, instead of the 21 try with a 24 that the semi-trophy like the athena, tpr, polini evolution 70, etc .... with open exhaust like yours they need bigger carburetors. I would go on the 24 pwk or the 28 pwk indeed. do a lot of tests. otherwise it would be interesting to see a liquid jog with the top performance 2 plus you have.
I think in his country it’s hard to get some aftermarket parts for his scooter and I saw on his other videos he is using spare parts only not brandnew parts. maybe he is doing trial and error to get idea what mods he will build next time.
Top performance cylinders are Made by athena, you can find the athena logo in the piston, i have a tpr 77 and an athena 80 (it’s a 77 but they write 80 on the box) and they are the same, Made exeption for the head
I want to be right in Athena is something bad and he needs to spend time on a better cylinder and not least the carburetor for those he uses does not make the flow that a scooter cylinder needs at all. Agree. Took me several weeks to get my 70cc Athena Racing going. Squish band very important. You need also to change the CDI. Athena Racing revs above the 13k. Also the pipe is very important. I dont know what kind of exhaust the uploader uses but i never saw one of these. Athena Racing, Yasuni C16, Gianelly Shot are good pipes for this type of cylinder. The carburator is also a strange one. Stihl MS 070? Never heard about it. Better to use a Dell'Orto 17,5 or 19mm for his 50cc. But maybe he is just fucking around and testing stuff.
On my SR50 when im on 1/4 to 2/4throttle and about 55km/h i hear some cranking sound i need to accelerate more to the sound go what could be the problem i think i heared that sound On the video!!
@@zizo0 yeah that could be it for sure, if your mixture is too rich it doesn't always ignite right except at low throttle or full throttle where you have max air too
Ставиш 70 сс карб Китай деллорто 19 настриваешь жиклёрами из Китая И ВСЁ!!! Мне например не интересно смотреть на то зажигание, и уже жду не дождусь когда будут спокойные покатушки а то с этими карбами дебильными дела не будит постоянно беднит, задолбало.
