Worst customer service in Madurai . Extremely irritating to go beyond them every time . i had couriered the vehicle to Madurai from Kunbakonam just for periodic service . after vehicle service the bike became worse. They charged around 10000₹ for changing fork cone set bearing etc . extreme noise coming now and still the dashboard is shaking violently . no hope . i convinced my family to get the ather and went all the way to chennai to but this . terribly disappointed. As usual Customer service manager Ramakrishna is trying to convince and telling some random excuses. Not recommended
