Caltrain discontinued service to Atherton Station in December 2020. We will visit the station on its final days and witness the last train leaving that station.
This seems like it’s meant to be sad, but tbh, I think this stations closure was inevitable. I don’t really think there was a huge point in even making it. Menlo park station is very nearby, so it’s not incredibly hard to get there instead of this aging station
