If we don't know where the first single cell organism came from.....you don't get to insert your god as the answer to that issue. That's called "god of the gaps". Just because there is a gap in knowledge doesn't mean your god fits in that gap.
The probability for some chemistry soup to randomly line up to have a single cell with the minimum genes required for it to be able to reproduce, eat, etc is abysmally improbable. Especially with the time we have from the big bang.
