Came here to say this. Your watch goes off your approximate stride and tredmill goes off exact distance the belt has gone.

What is your training split during the prep? Like what days do you run and lift? Do you have a set routine to hit certain muscles during the week. I am in prep and struggle setting a routine.

your really gonna need to start putting more miles on your legs or you’ll never finish 100 miles. build up to do at least 50 miles in one day for training
