Could not agree more with your bit on nutrition and weighing/measuring around the 9:30 mark. I have weighed my food and counted calories for years now, it's just who I am at this point. I still get the people who mock it or roll their eyes, and thats okay with me. I do it for ME and I'm not responsible for the opinions or reactions. Being a data nerd myself, I love knowing how what I am eating affects my body and recovery/sleep etc. The human body is truly amazing and if you are in tune enough, it will tell you exactly what it needs!

This may be too personal, but how do you make a sustainable income doing this? I know you have some sponsorships that probably net you a quality income, and no doubt there is at least some money coming in from YT, but with such few subscribers I can’t imagine it’s a ton. That being said, you have an awesome home for how young you are so I’m really just curious on if you have any other avenues for income? Love the channel and think you should have way more subs so I hope you continue to have success and grow! You’ve inspired me to start hybrid training and I’m sure you’ve inspired many more!

Fantastic vid as always. Quick question, what are you weighing currently? I was previously sitting around 195-200 with not much mileage. Now I’m at 170-172 after full day of eating and struggling to continue having solid lifting sessions with my mileage. Seems I’ve hit a plateau 😢strength doesn’t seem to be there like it was
@@nathanfrenchy lol my fat ass needs like a bagel or some fruit before I run. I get horrible stomach cramps if I don’t eat. I guess it is there own. I was always like this though. I run the best on a half full stomach.
I'm in Marathon Prep right now! I physically feel like my runs have been so hard, I feel pretty taxed as i'm ramping up the mileage, but my heart rate does stay in my aerobic range. My hunger has spiked a good amount , but I have lost 5 lbs even with eating a bit more. The body is so interesting.
Hey Nathan, have you always used creatine? Do you notice any impacts to your cardio when taking it? I know everyone is different but I always like hearing others experiences that log considerable miles.
Nathan I love your videos! I used to follow you when you first started your RU-vid channel. I got sick for a year with long covid but I’m back training again! I got about 20 pounds to loose from not working out or running
I have a question. If my maintenance is 3000kcal and my running sessions burn around 300-500kcals eating 3000kcal i am in a calory deficit no? Or i have tu eat 2500 kcal?
