@@OutOnTheReef Hello Cap, i would recommend to not use the grounding for dc, do it separately on an material, which allways have contact with the water ,sea. I bought also new a inverter generator, like yours but different brand, i will do the grounding the same way, on an metal surface in the water.

I have that Westinghouse WH2000i that fell off the boat. It works good but no where near the rated 1800 watts. When you get it up that high the voltage drops to like 100 volts and the thing starts to smell like burning electronics. This one looks much nicer. I will say the Westinghouse motor doesn’t burn oil and starts repeatedly with no issues which surprised me. Now I want this one. Thanks for the great video.
Older video I know but wouldn’t it be great if a Yamaha 9.9 had a outlet to plug into for power supply. I mean it’s 10 hp plenty of power, super quiet as it’s below the gunnels mostly and they run for ever. Just a great idea I think .. cheers
This boat came Crooked from factory i advised you to look in my channel tittle :Why i call my boat a Crooked pilothouse . Since i had this problem i dont release any information about manufacturer or prices since i dont recomend this boat due to factory major defects

It is a big defect hopefully you get it worked out I can’t believe they would put that boat out to the market but enjoy it anyway !!! Maybe I’ll see you on the water one day I come out of Port Everglades!
I would have been depressed for a whole day if I dropped a generator like that. If it was a honda or a yamaha brand generator, I would have been depressed for a week. lol Thanks for the heads up on that Atima generator. It looks like a quality product.
Yes I will explain the blue one fell from the boat and it got damaged and I bought the white one that why want is a great generator but it did not fit under the gunnel very good so I have to go back to the blue one because of lack of space on the boat that's why I purchase the blue one again but I understand your confusion thank you for your comment captain

House prices in Amsterdam have spiralled out of control and my boat and the water give me peace of mind. @@RoyAmsterdam I understand 100% where you talkin about if house prices go very high and you can live on a small boat and get by and you will have a peace and quiet life that would be amazing, I always tell my wife that for being married to her she keeps me leaving a normal routine life but if I was by myself I'll be leaving on a small little boat somewhere out there lol We live in a very busy world and we always on the run and this is not life like supposed to go slower. The gen. is a good fit for your boat. Just remember, you will never please everyone. I dare anyone to stand in front of a mirror and declare they are perfect! I enjoy the updating of your boat & equipment - great ideas that can help others in their travels. Thank you Captain and that's an awesome idea but right now I change that generator to a Westinghouse and the Westinghouse has the outlets on the inside of the boat so they don't get salt water but that was a great observation from your side and thank you for being a loyal viewer of my channel captain
@@DiscipleofChrist-Yeshua the reason I went with a Westinghouse is because it had more power the atima was great it was a Yamaha engine but it was less wattage

Many people are saying that you were never interested in having your boat fixed or repaired. At one point you said that you wanted Parker to send you the money needed for the repair plus the cost of a radar. Many people think that since you were not interested in a repair by Parker, or full refund of purchase price, that you were you were trying to extort money from Parker. Your thoughts or response?
If I keep talking about it the conversation will come up again with more viewers ,I have explanation for a lot of things that happened but I choose not to talk about it anymore, and forget about this issue I lost my trust in the company that build a boat. I know the yamaha and the honda gens are quiet, but still to loud to run on the hook with other boaters around.... my Gen is water cooled and you can not hear it run at all
I am not buying the "generator fell off the boat all by itself Honey".... I think you just wanted to get a matching new generator! Probably a good idea. The problem with the little ones is you have to add fuel too often. I wonder if they have the tank adapter for those like they do the Honda 2k? Nice set up for a small trailer cruiser, the nice thing is when you are on the road you can use it for camper since you have conventional ac and generator that do not require water for cooling. It has worked for me for years.

Just a sign of the world we live in, everyone feels they are entitled. I wish I could have read the rebuttal to my post on his last Parker sucks video. He deleted it and all others before I had a chance to. One unsubscribed prior subscriber here. I certainly am not going to help fund this guy who obviously had an agenda. If you notice on all of his past videos you could never make a comment, until......wait for it....he need social media help. He doesn’t like what he gets so he deleted the videos. Talk about having an agenda
