Chattanooga has bad traffic all the time. While it's not quite like Atlanta or Nashville, the mountains and sharp curves are a headache, and bottleneck trucks are horrid! Plus the traffic from those locations I mentioned in close proximity to Chattanooga makes it worse.
I'm traveling to nashville from atlanta and this route doesnt look as hilly or mountainous as I was expecting it to be. Did you have to go over any hills or mountainous areas? Its hard to tell. Thanks!

1:54:58 LMAO...I didn't think that the T-intersection confusion pattern that I could see in Nashville's interstate loop could pop up here. It's a pretty straightforward split here. Also, is a GPS making you take a scenic route back out there afterward?
