I’m in Atlanta! I’m looking at Austin. Traffic here shows this city will not sustain it’s over-crowdedness! Trust! She’s pumping it up because she’s a real estate agent! You want to deal with investments via wholesalers, etc! You can get a broader perspective from someone other than in a real estate agent. Plus I wouldn’t look to purchase single-family housing first here, I would look to purchase multi-family housing as a first purchase especially in this overcrowded city!
Brookhaven is starting to become saturated and the traffic is getting worse with those massive mixed use Apartment complexes they are building. Peachtree Industrial, Ashford Dunwoody RD, Johnson Ferry road, Chamble Dunwoody Rd We haven't even talked about the crime rates rising exponentially. That's what is never talked about.

The thing about Atlanta is it's so many new residential constructions being built but the income to maintain a mortgage is not all that good. It's not as much money out here as perpetuated.
