1998 - 2003 The Golden Era of trance music which sadly nobody is ever going to produce ever again , at least not at this level anyway. What a time to have been a youngster growing up !! 🤩
Hey Scott, you might wanna consider checking out enigma state , they are bringing back golden age of trance style I’m sure you’ll enjoy. My current personal fav atm is on their channel called “new original (Atari trancer)” very late 90s vibes 🤛💪
I was 13. Watching VIVA music Chanel and dreaming about LOVE PARADE!!!! 😢 sadly…. Love parade was cancelled!!! Now I am 36 and this music brings me sad memories. ❤️🥺
What's awesome about music like this, is that you can do drugs in your 20's and enjoy it, and then in your 40's, when you're a t-total, you can still get an amazing euphoric rush dancing to it.
I’m in my 20’s and don’t do drugs and enjoy this shit. It’s the nostalgia for me as my mother used to play trance music often when I was a young child. Still funny turning up to those reunion raves and I’m the youngest there xD
Ohhhh my fucking GOD!!!! I have being looking for this song for 20 years and some change. I rolled sooooo hard one night with my girl I had a out of body experience while this track was playing in our room. We knew a local dj in Denver who gave us this mix tape with this track in it. Thank the trance gods my quest is over. I can be put to rest...
@@colinmontgomery1956 only when done alone, when done in the way they were in the above story, then they are the closest thing you`ll ever get to Heaven...
This will always be Seb Fontaine opening at Creamfields 2000 for me... and yes I did have this on my playlist when I actually went to Fiji a couple of years ago. Flying into Nadi with this in my ears and a big smile on my face!
I have a lot of these tracks including this one and even rarer white label records. I used to be a trance DJ back then not really happy where the industry went now is why I dropped out.
Easily a top 5 Trance song of all time... Up there with some of the best. Brings a tear to my eye remembering all the raves and clubs we went to back in Macedonia in 2001/2002, meeting new people and living our best lives... Long live trance!
love this whos still rocking this beaut in 2024 when music was music no one can touch these tunes these days god i miss my early years someone invent time travel id be back and stay there forever
This track has always given me a picture of the transition from human life, into the soul.... the transition from earth into heaven... everyone is waiting for you to get there.... Life doesnt end here...
This tune deserves a 2022 rework. Put this in mixes back in 2001-2002 and it always hit that magical spot. One of my all-time favorite trance songs. Absolute brilliance.
This song has a ridiculously long title that certainly isn't a snappy one (I think it subconsciously kept me from clicking on it), but as a track it's basically a perfect trance banger! Lange always kills it with his remixes, but this is one of the best ones. That bassline is absolutely INCREDIBLE. It basically has the bass drums that Dumonde always used, just a bit less loud, and it comes together with all those synths and turns itself into a Golden Age trance smasher! What I would do for trance to return to the 1997 through 2003 sound that made it the most popular electronic music genre in the world at the time 🥺 The problem is that good trance requires time to build and layer until it reaches a climax then strips away each layer, and with current music tracks shrinking in length to the point where there are some modern trance EXTENDED mixes that are just barely 5 minutes long, you just can't make something as complicated and still have the proper pacing that it requires. Trance is the classical music of the modern world, and like how symphonies can be as long as 2 hours with one movement being as long as 45 minutes, trance relies on timing! Goddamn Spotify for incentivizing super short tracks to fit in more ads! Sorry for the rant, I'm just saddened by the state of music right now. People are getting so used to 3 minute long tracks that if Golden Age trance somehow returned, I don't think people would have the attention for a 15min long track like The Bell Song is.
Its the sound of a journey with drugs or without drugs either way it has the capability to raise your endorphins and freshen your outlook on whatever the current situation is. Those who truelly understand dont need a substance for enhancement. Trance life since 2001
Modern dance music is well produced but it just has no patience. Its almost like modern dance music is ADHD. There is no build and too many change ups. This classic trance made you wait for it but when it hit the euphoria was that much more satisfying. Also this music is a good example of why people could dance back then and not anymore. Modern dance music is too similar to pop music in structure and does not promote any sort of consistent groove. Constant breakdowns and change ups make for good listening but not dancing. These classic driving progressive dance tunes really kept you going.
