You cand do this by recruting the vampire girl in Peregon, but at a cost. The vampire female will attack the NPC at night. And yes, Fidel will drop out. Second you can recruit Gyulchatai girl from the slavers camp, by buying her or by freeing her from salvers. Later you can employ her in your house, or you can keep her as 4th companion.

there is a old sailor man (with a sail boat) in Krasznozmeny dock. He will get you on the Dead City island if you interact with him.

Dead City is outside normal game map. You can reach the City only by traveling outside normal game map. Dead City has it's own huge map locations.

@@aaroncunningham2618 Go to Krasnoznamenny and talk with the old sailor that has a small boat in a small dock. Its located behind the building of weapons dealer. he will ask you 5000 rubles to take you to Dead City. You can get a better price if you have enough skills in speachcraft or barter.
