Fun fact: The TVs in this game are all playing clips from "Nu Pogodi", a Soviet Russian cartoon made in 1969 and was very popular in Eastern Europe. In the late 90s, the cartoon was also popular in my country, Vietnam.
This has got to be the highest budget, most complex fetish game I've ever seen. Subverse has to step up their game if they want to claim being the best smut aaa game.

@@Oliver-rz5vh yeah, some dialogues are dragged way too long, and some parts barely has subtlety. Although the english dub is still flawed though, all of the characters speaks perfect english without the iconic russian accent like most games with russian setting.

Turning an enemy into a bullet sponge is the worst way to increase difficulty. Especially in an FPS. I love the way Metro does it, where the time to kill is small for both you and your enemies, so it reduces your margin of error. You gotta make less mistakes and take your time, but it’s never to an extreme that feels really unfair. Something like increasing enemy speed and damage, decreasing resources for the player, introducing new enemy types, some kind of modifier that forces you to swap weapons. Do something that ENGAGES the player, because bullet sponges just turn games into absolute slogfests.

All the subway systems were essentially nuclear shelters, so it protected a decent amount of the citizens. The main character is Artyom, a ranger. Rangers are like the most skilled fighters in the military, and they’re sent outside the metros to gather supplies, kill bandits or mutants in the metro tunnels, and help settlements. Artyom is tasked with saving the metro stations from a new mutant threat. It’s an FPS game that’s semi-linear, with a focus on resource management and choosing between stealth and going in guns blazing. There’s a morality system that effects the ending and it’s impacted by the little things you do. You fight both humans and mutated minster alike. Metro Exodus is the third game, it’s much more open and there’s a lot more to explore, and the morality system comes into play a lot more here and how you approach combat can seriously effect the ending of each chapter, and the overall end to the story.

Pyro said that the enemies are all bullet sponges, so I’m just saying my general opinion on bullet sponge balancing. I’m not specifically talking about this game, but bullet sponges in general, and how I prefer games to be balanced

For some reason, the 3:35 - 3:58 just warms my heart. He just looks genuinely happy and enjoying his life for some reason, and I'm enjoying the humor and he also is, and it's just bliss, probably because of the absurdity of what humor's become. Fucking hillarious.

If you listen or read the terminals in the game one audio log actually addresses P3’s propensity for the phrase and tells a story of how they think this weird phrase made it’s way into his vocabulary. It’s definitely rare to get a joke like this thst sounds so ridiculous to the player only to have the punchline hidden away in some obscure audio log.

Can confirm, was my childhood. Owned some kinda video game on it, too. The disk is probably somewhere inside the DVD cabinet that hasn't been opened in two years.
Guys I think rushing trough a 20 hour game in 10 hours in one sitting sleep deprived had a negative impact on his perception of the game. Not sure tho.
@@nasounicornis5834 not really , for the twins fight , hardest is better , you can't really make mistakes and need to have a really good sense of switching targets and where they are . on medium difficulty the fight is too easy.
For those wanting to watch the full live video Here's a Pyro Gameplay Review from a live viewer The Good: Wasn't bad at combat, wasn't flawless, but for playing on the hardest difficulty, he did good enough that it wasn't hard to watch. Certified Non-IGN reviewer Was observant enough that I never felt he was missing something completely obvious. In this same vein, he was good at the puzzles to the point where they never overstayed their welcome (Mind you, the puzzles aren't brain busters, but still was nice). Was based enough to reciprocate the horny fridge's feelings. Didn't over meme anything (Forsaken jokes were persistent, as were Robo Mommy mentions, but not to the point of irritation) The Bad: Pyro complained about not being able to craft better weapons, while using all his materials to give shit incremental upgrades to weapons he constantly was disappointed by, while also skipping much of the optional side-content (which would have given him blueprints/materials that would have solved the under powered problem) because he couldn't/wouldn't read the pop-ups properly/Didn't feel like it. (Granted, it was 2 in the morning, and he was blasting through the main story as much as possible) If any npc talked for more than 6 seconds he moaned and complained, skipping as fast as possible, or completely running away from them. (Though admittedly, the dialogue sounds and reads like ass) The golden axe he used for 7 hours as his main weapon looked like ass, base skin looked much more interesting. Final Rating: 7 Crispy Critters
Him complaining about npcs talking doesn't surprise me. Bro said God of War is all cutscenes when he's never even played it or watch much of anyone play it. Sometimes he has bad takes.
Serious question by the way, like i have no idea - why is west SO much into farts? Like it's ridiculous, BBC has it in news, the most popular videos are, many jokes in comments are... why? It feels like something between jokes and an actual obsession with farting.

The even funnier thing is the fact that the official atomic heart channel on youtube posted some r34 art on their community tab a while back. They know what they were doing when the made the robot ladies.
It's kinda sad to me how much even I bought into the marketing. I feel like my old theory of "Never trust a dev when they say their game is Like fallout" was actually correct.
@@anabang1251 I didn't have this problem with not amazing hardware, I more had a problem with, cough, boring combat, boring puzzles, drawn out combat, terrible voice acting, too much talking from both the glove and the main character, too many 1 liners, not to add on top of it that literally 90% of the levels were fetch quests, and the game throws plot twists at you so much that I forgot what was happening, the enemy variety was lacking and most of the enemies weren't ranged, meaning you could just run around them in circles and attack. The game isn't something to behold, it's a nice looking game and nicely optimized, but gameplay is just heavily watered down bio shock, but sexy robot so I guess 10/10 game, better than fallout new vegas and the half life games.
@@anabang1251like, looking at battlefield 2042 or watchdogs, I'm pleasantly surprised that it didn't crash, lose textures, or send the main character below the map. Especially considering it's their first game.

that cartoon on the tv at 9:35 and 9:52 is a real cartoon in Russia its called "nu pagadi" or "well, just you wait" I used to watch it as a kid and the plot was wolf does something rabbit annoys him and then runs away as the wolf tries to get him and at the end he says "nu pagadi!" its basically Russian tom and jerry

I find it funny and frustrating how the fact that a more than 12 hour stream turned into 45 min of content so similar to itself that is impossible to tell how far apart the cuts are. great game, just enough water 6/10 would watch the robot twins again
I remember right before release there were people claiming this game to be propaganda because it was made by a Russian company and it depicts Russia as prosperous. As if American companies don't ever depict America as prosperous.

That wolf and hare cartoon is actually existing and quite beloved in Russia. In short it’s easily described as Tom and Jerry soviet edition It does look like North Korean cartoon but I think it’s mostly because of both having limitations when they debuted and given that they both somewhat connected to Soviet Union

Mostly since Tom and jerry is more cartoonish whereas with Nu pogodi it was more heavy with the wolf using the tools or other things. The robot rabbit scared the crap out of me as a kid
Its really weird how the story of this is kind of aligned to forspoken. Its a protagonist who doesnt develop in character at all and an arm worn companion who is actually very polite and helpful which gets bashed on for simply existing and assisting in any way whatsoever by the protagonist. Cuff, Glove, I stand in support of you and your effort. I would say this game is much better than forspoken however, simply by the amazing visuals alone. I been playing it with russian dialogue and english subtitles and its way better.
Also Atomic Heart has actual gameplay and set design instead of giant, empty fields that only exist to make getting to the next objective take 40 minutes

the cartoons shown on the TV in the safe room in this game. mainly the one with a cute little rabbit and wolf is a real russian cartoon called nu pogodi. it translate to just you wait and it was basically the russian version/rip off of tom and jerry made in 1969. during soviet russia they didnt have access to american cartoons so the russians just made their own version lol. i think its a nice nod to have it included in this game
i enjoy this game tremendously, my only real issue i have is that even on armageddon difficulty, its almost a cake walk, especially with how abundant resources are, im having to get rid of ammo i find so much, and that you can farm the pchelas for neuropolymer cause they infinitely spawn, you can completely stunlock all but large enemies/bosses basically indefinitely, maybe its just me and that i have already mastered the combat and that i loot everything but other than that i adore everything else about this game and am near to beating it. also as a side note: 31:45 use the scanner to find enemies weaknesses, it makes things a breeze
Pyro speedrunning the game effectively and being sleep deprived I think is part of the reason he didnt like it as much as he could have. The game is a solid 8 in my honest opinion playing it out and exploring around and playing in Russian is certainly the best way to play. Its tough to play the game in Russian though because so much of the dialogue happens in combat so while youre enjoying the far and away better version its hard to really enjoy it due to the fact that youre trying to read while getting drop kicked by a stalin-bot. I can say for certain Armageddon is an aquired taste and the medium difficulty is fun and turns into a cakewalk with upgrades and its worth mentioning that said upgrades can be found early on by just exploring which given Pyro was on the hunt to find the twins asap he didnt do much of that which is why he played half the game with just SHOK and freeze with mediocre weapons. All things put together though I think its a fun game and the fact that it went through development hell, came out optimized, had a decent story, great gameplay if you actually play it "properly", hot robots (im robosexual now) and a great setting and overall world along with being Mundfish's first game its a solid 7.5-8/10.
I'm honestly puzzled at how much people are gawking over robot girls that show up for almost a total of 20 minutes and claim they've busted the best nut in their lives... I hate to say this but y'all need to watch better porn
