Beautiful spot, I still get nervous flying over open water, especially at any distance. Luckily you've got a lot of hours on your Dolphin that hopefully has proven out its systems reliability.
Ah, my old stamping ground I used to live at Waikiki just south of Safety Bay, excellent flight and lots of boats to chase, if you have time might I suggest the confluence of the Serpentine and Murray Rivers on the East side of the Estuary, access from Pinjarra Road. Enjoy :-)
Really great footage and a beautiful place to fly. But personally, I would not advertise that I was flying the way you did over there - risky food for the fun police.
