In this video, we will demonstrate how to use the ATP2000P Cost-effective Spectrometer for reflectance measurement. The ATP2000P is a high-performance, multi-purpose spectrometer developed from Optosky's ATP2000, incorporating several breakthrough technologies. Its CMOS detector exposure time can be controlled within 1ms, allowing users to precisely control the spectrometer's signal-to-noise ratio. The ATP2000P is an ideal choice for UV, visible, and near-infrared spectroscopy applications. It offers various slits, gratings, mirrors, and filters that can be configured to suit different applications, with a spectral range from 200nm to 1100nm and a spectral resolution selectable from 0.5 to 4.0nm. Optosky also provides customized options for OEM customers.
First, place the standard whiteboard above the integrating sphere. With the light source turned off, click the "Dark" button on the control software interface to collect dark noise and subtract dark current. Next, turn on the light source while keeping the standard whiteboard in place. Switch the control software interface to reflectance mode and click the "Ref" button to save the reference data. Then, remove the standard whiteboard, place the 50% reflectance whiteboard in its place, and click "Collect." Following these steps, we will obtain the reflectance test data using the ATP2000P Cost-effective Spectrometer.
The ATP2000P can receive the light to be measured from the SMA905 interface optical fiber input or free space input, measure according to the set integration time, and output the measurement results through high-speed USB2.0 or UART.
The ATP2000P has a wide range of applications, including LED sorting machines, multi-parameter online water quality analyzers, micro-volume fast spectrophotometers, fluorescence spectrometers, biochemical analyzers, transmittance detection, and reflectivity detection. It is also suitable for Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) and other fields.
