Hello, thanks for your videos!,Lets say I'm cruiseing at FL340 at the middle of long flight with calm weather and that a controller says to me that I have traffic ahead of me so for seperation, I have to choose if I want to climb or decent 2000 ft. It seems to be complecated the consider climbing or decending due to fuel burn. Here you say that we climb to achive back again engine working in 90%-95% but climing requires more thrust cause we lose lift and more fuel burn , and during decenג we may achive more dense air but during decenג we don't use a lot of thrust so how can I choose?

You don't choose, if you are really concerned about the fuel burn you can put in the data to the aircraft flight management computer and it will work out that complicated equation for you.
