I really love the fact that despite Maisie's troubles and her constant disobedience of claire throughout this film, Claire doesnt waste a heartbeat in trying to get her back and doesnt think of her as anything else other than her daughter, and that to me, is very special and makes me love Claire's character even more.

My only issue with this scene (which is awesome, by the way) is... Why doesn't Barry shoot Red when he is pretty much toast? At least one person died because the four of them didn't even try to shoot the Atrociraptors. I guess they are trying not to hurt anyone, but being cornered by an animal that's totally focused on killing you might be a good reason to use your gun. But perhaps I'm missing something.

I agree, one of the reasons why I’ve come to appreciate it the lost world and Jurassic park 3 that were rarely any human villains (besides Ludlow) you’re trapped on an island filled with dinosaurs. From an interview from what I recall Colin wanted to respectfully take the franchise to a new understandable direction

Soyana is in fact Claire's current antithesis of the latter's old life prior to the Indominus Rex rampage(and not just in terms of white clothing): a ruthless, detached, career woman who views Dinosaurs as nothing more than "assets" for corporate money-hungry uses rather than living creatures.

And they are supposed to be the superior end product of both the Velociraptor intelligence program that Owen was originally a part of, and the perfected version of the training the Indoraptor was supposed to have. Cool mindless action scene sure, but for what they are SUPPOSED to be in the story? Completely wasted. Top of the line trained military atrociraptors were shown up by a bunch of zoo raised velociraptors barely trained in basic drills on their first run outside their enclosure. So disappointing.

The final scene of Fallen Kingdom and all the previews led us to believe the whole focus on this movie was dinosaurs roaming the world and the ramifications of it. But instead they focused on a company's plot for world domination and the character arc of a kid no one cared about. The reason this scene works so well is because its practically the only scene where we see multiple dinosaurs in the open world.

@@enjoyitbro but this is not a real problem of the movie, i want inform you that the Fallen kingdom's ending wasn't just the incipit for Dominion's plot, but it was the incipit for ALL FUTURE MOVIES OF THE FRANCHISE AFTER FALLEN KINGDOM! Now the saga is not about "parks" anymore, so the "dinosaurs in our world" incipit will remain the main one for the entire rest of the franchise, Dominion showed some aspects of this incipit, it wasn't complete because it's literally impossible make a movie JUST about the dinosaurs and humans coexistence, then this movie should have been the new trilogy's final movie, so they created a self-contained plot to close the trilogy in an easier way

Who remembers the part that was scrapped during 3:31? If you don’t, one ate a guy and threw him to the other dinosaur and it walked by him and then boom, 3:31!
