Mr Prakhar Pls plan another visit to ATS Triumph. We would show you to what extent this project is ready and what fate the residents here met with. You are a respectable name in Gurgaon real estate segment as a genuine analyst, but, here it seems that you were managed. Keep your personal interest as a broker on the side and don't get into shady deals. If you do so, you would be defrauding your investors.

This is so strange, within two days itself people have started getting letter for refund highlighting that the project has been abandoned talking about ATS Grandstand.

Prakahar, as a resident of Triumph I am deeply disappointed by your coverage which is misleading/ sidestepping the ATS management approach towards the project. I would urge you not to join their bandwagon which is full of lies and deceit towards their home buyers. It could affect your credibility as well. Ask Mr Udayveer to give you an interview standing in the second basement of either of the wings if he has guts and show you their under belly. Please withdraw this interview from RU-vid as it is misleading and will do great dis-service to prospective buyers.

Facts are different from what they are talking about their Grandstand Project. Last year, I had a buyer and they refused to transfer the booking. Now they say that they are going to scrap this project.

Residing in ATS Tourmaline since Aug 20. Water seepage from floor in lower basement and Water logging outside the gate due to non-availability of storm water drainage are the main challenges since last few years. Inspite of meeting CMD (in Jun23), only assurances given by ATS management. Both safety issues remain unresolved till date with hardly any progress.

Prakahar please meet the residents of Truimph also. Families living in the project last 4 to 5 years with the hope all pending issue will be resolved in next six months. However after staying for 4 years nothing resolved instead issue has been increased. Your Drone eye can show & commentary on the project with the help of residents explain the correct information of the TRIUMPH

Can ATS TEAM CONFIRM THE STATUS OF ATS LE GRANDIOSE PHASE 2 IN NOIDA SECTOR 150 MY MONEY IS STUCK UP SINCE LAST 5 YEARS DUE TO NO Construction THERE. NO BODY FROM CRM TEAM OR ANY ATS PERSON CONFIRM ON THESE. I HAVE A APPARTMENT IN ATS TRIUMPH.ALSO..

Just to give u a perspective, how ATS dekivered project as a home buyer in ATS Triumph - First possession offered 4 years after OC. All Vendor payments of 12 Lakh done from own pocket to get possession. As builder claimed to had no Money.

Although all home buyers have their own preference but seems like location of this project is worst. There is railway line on one side and Daultabad Flyover on other side. Rest this project is surrounded by unorganised Rajendra Park. Connectivity is also bad as you will come out of project and land in most Jam Pack area. I suggest to avoid sales pitch and check the actual land and connectivity before any investment.

True, there is a lot of jam on Daulatabad Railway flyover, at the peak hrs you are going to spoil an hour time in to and fro

All the basic amenities like electricity,water and proper maintanence of the project Triumph are lacking.Handover of the flats in triumph not complete.occupancy is barely 30 % even after their claims of handing over the project in 2019

By the time the project gets ready the sector dividing road should be expanded to easy out the connectivity. Now that Dwarka Expressway is functional we will see these arterial roads getting it's due respect. Rest the buyers are intelligent enough.

@@DwarkaExpressway Stop giving false hopes. Do you really think land acquisition from Daultabad Flyover to Dwarka Express is so easy. Also, this project main gate is opening under Flyover which has no alternative. I suggest all end users and investors to not fall in this trap and check location and connectivity before investment.

Well I have captured all possible aspects. Land will definitely get acquired, Govt. is not foolish that they are improving the Railway Station and connectivity for metro will also lead to expansion of road. Rest tike will tell sir.

Bakwas kar rahe hain. ATS TRIUMPH mein December 2015 mein book kiya tha flat. Main 2 saal se court ke chakkar kaat rhi hun, 2019 mein poori payment karne baad bhi mera ghar nhi de rahe. Court ne mere favour mein verdict diya h, ye usko bhi nhi maan rahe.paisa khaa gaye mera.

Absolutely the truth. We are a similar case. Fully payment taken in 2019. Apartment still not handed over. Case decided in our favour by RERA COURT in March. But still no action by ATS to hand over apartment. All they are looking at is how to take more money from us
