These are such clear instructions. I managed to put in 2 plackets about 3cm long on a miniature garment after watching this! - a tip that may be useful is to spray the placket pieces with spray starch before ironing in the seam allowance folds. It made the fabric a lot easier to handle and it washes out afterwards.

Hello Koamster Thanks for the great comments, the iron that we use is a standard steam iron with a water tank that can be purchased at any department store. The steam iron is made by Morphy Richards

Perfect placket with V shape at top. What is average size of placket. My all shirts have 8 to 10 inches placket and button on placket with square shape at top , see my photo.

Nice, but u did not tell the width of plackets and how far the placket cut is to be made from the side of the sleeve. Pls mention measurements as subtitles on the screen. This will help a lot, at least for beginners. The expert already know how to do it. Pls sir
