A must read book for therapists. Bonding science and Emotionally Focused Therapy gives us a map and interventions to create lasting healing and change. Thank you Sue!

Elegant weaving of attachment theory in to the heart and soul of psychotherapy. Accessible, practical and inspiring for any clinician...well done, bravo Dr. Johnson

Thank you for all you do for psychology, Sue! Attachment Theory is always relevant and superior to cbt and other trendy crap acting as the thought police.

How should a person date? I'm never certain how much to say about my anxiety in relationships. I can and do manage it, but I tend to accept what men give men instead of saying I'd like them to call more and provide more consistency for example. I never want to ask for anything that has to do with my issues because I feel it's my job to work on them and not ask for anything additional.

How can I heal when I have nobody to co-regulate with? I have just terminated two psychotherapy relationships too because I felt misunderstood....
