After all this time, it's finally here! One of the most wanted soundtracks of the this season! Shingeki No Kyojin (Attack On Titan) Season 3 soundtrack! Hope you enjoy it!
Maybe because it sounds like the slow and inevitable end of something. It fit to the manga but IRL too. We know there is a menace in every country. We are the gods and the titans at the same time who can rumble this world. We are own enemies. Sad. Humanity is his own enemy. This sound I discovered it yesterday by watching animated scan and it been showed when Eren mades his announcement. It means everything. Eren is the biggest character have ever seen. This guy has a large back and mental. You can have something without sacrifice.
@@kyranbogaard5326 when i first heard it while watching the episode i thought that part was the titan making noises as it stood up against the wall, only to find out it was just the music
"What are you doing? Stand. Fight. Have you forgotten what you came here to do? You came to get payback. For your little sister, who was fed to dogs. For the restorationists. For Dina. For Krueger. You have to keep moving forward. To avenge them. Even if you die. Even after you die. This is the story you started. RIGHT, GRISHA?"
This song fit the scene to a T. The constant changes in pitch and speed really drive home the feeling of the Scouts having no real idea when the attack will take place. The mix of synth and orchestra sell the bizarre nature of a Titan like Rod. But it's not overly loud. It's dim and toned down compared to most AoT tracks. Slow, and somehow fast. When Rod peaks over the wall the music crescendos in a subtle and almost Lovecraftian way
I *STILL* can't get enough of this theme. It fit so perfectly with how disturbing Rod's titan was, how it moved, how everything burst into flames around it, how it ground it's face, chest and gut open, everything. I haven't felt that tense from a show since Breaking Bad when Walt was going after Gus lol.
this is by far the best anime ost ive ever seen, it perfectly displays the scale and horror and just utter terror going on during this scene, it is literally perfect, so intense, so fearful
Imagine what could have happened if someone like Rod Reiss had acquired the Colossal Titan and it became even larger due to Reiss's abnormal titan form. Imagine how massive the resulting monstrosity would've been.
@@sophisticatedtitan819 but if you think about it that colossal version of rod reiss like titan would be bigger then that and I won’t use any clear words Incase someone clicks on here and doesn’t expect spoilers
@@jeremyg5086 Typically he stops a cycle of hatred that cannot be stopped otherwise. Typically he waited until the last possible second to decide. Typically, Eren has seen his own future and the rumbling when he kissed historias hand and spoke to the marleyan refugee while crying, knowing he cant change the future which was already carved in stone. Cant believe how much people misintepret eren here as some genocidal hitler all of a sudden, but nobody has ever had a different solution. Zekes Euthanization plan perhaps, which would also mean the death of Eldia? Comon, tell me. I seriously wanna know.
@@zxh I fall yesterday on an scan chapter animated, Very well animated and for this sequence, he used that song. Beautiful ! Now I can't take it off of my head. I'm stuck. ELP
In the anime: *no announcement* In the game: *no announcement* In downfall version of AOT: [Username] [Class] in speed of (undisclosed) killed 120m/130m Abberant.
hear me.. all the anime onlys i now speak to you by useing my keyboard every coment in this video has a spoiler in it the manga readers will spoil evrey thing, my goal is to protect all the anime onlys who know nothing bout what’s gonna happen ,stay away from here until s4 is released
I love how this soundtrack is kind of like the Apetitan soundtrack. It has the same weird/foreign vibe to it, as if to convey the unknown element of both the beast titan and Rod Reiss' titan. I even heard a few effects the composer only uses for the beast titan (as far as I know), like 00:29. Hiroyuki Sawano is a legend
This was the one scene the genuinely made me scared. Normally the titans just make me laugh, but the way he comes out of the ground to this theme brought a whole new level of fear.
PEOPLE! PLEASE. Prove this, this… gut feeling wrong. ‘This is the best soundtrack in the world.’ I love this theme so much, (liked and added in every spotify playlist) is it just me or, does this remind you of… Tragical Events. Hope this helps, even tho its nothing.
Kinda wish that "attack" of Rod's titan had a little bit more negative outcome...I mean, everything ended so perfectly. Too perfect for humans imo. Anyone else feels the same?
Filip Jeglic i get where you come from but from a series were the shit has hit the fan to the humans inside the walls its actually refreshing to see a clean victory.
@@bh.d.ravenous That was probably the point yeah. But some things still went too good imo. Historia being completely ok after the fall...Eren being ok after bunch of barrels exploded in his face (remember the barrels that blew up Rod's titan head basically). I know those are nitpicks, but it still kinda bothered me.
@@Jegfil I also thought about it a little when it happened. How did Eren survive that explosion that blew Rod Reiss' head? I think he was facing the explosion and (probably) fell off the wall. Because he was facing the explosion, his nape didn't get damaged . But there is the 50m fall that could have hurt him. However, he survived a colossal titan kick, hitting the wall with his back. He's pretty darn durable
You know, when you look at those three children looking at Rod Reiss, you remeber Eren, Mikasa and Armin looking at the Colossal Titan. I think they did the "happy ending" outcome on purpose. Still, you're right. This anime NEEDS casualities. It was a strange victory.
@@C-F98 The faster version of this music is the first half of the track nammed 3spens21石, the second half being the music with the crazy percussions from when the Levi squad is against the Kenny squad in the Reiss' underground chapel.
@@timsky1385 in the show it says at least twice the Collosus Titans size which is 120 meters but it IS actually 170 meters long, GET IT RIGHT AHHHHHHHHH!!!
This part 1:30 with a scene of all the collosal titans climbing the shipyard with background noises of people running and screaming for their lifes + a panel from the sky to see the great scale of the rumbling destroying the first line of buildings
SPOILER WARNING : 2:23 I sure hope that this will play at the moment Eren starts the rumbling. It will give a really dark and sinister vibe and it would fit perfectly to witnessing the literal armageddon.
You know the moments in this ost where it sounds like this? 1:07 I don't think of that as music. I think of it as Rod Reiss's titan moaning and groaning as he stood up against the wall lol
How fast do you think this titan was? The scouts beat it to town before the sun came up, with enough time to ready a strategy, move 50 or so cannons outside the wall, ect. The horses ran at something like 35 (your big distance measurement here) per hour, so how much slower would the Rod titan have to be? (I think I'm wrong about the horses. You're free to correct me.)
@@isectoid9454 if you check the attack on titan canon wiki, it says that the horses are specially bred to go up to about 75 km per hour, I also learned that from the aot game
