My first thought was that the mother was going to feed the chick, then it seemed that she decided to kill him :-( I'm glad that didn't happen

She surprised me too. After watching her feed the chicks so diligently for 15-20 minutes, she just snapped. Still don't understand why. Thanks for the view!
