Thanks for the support, and nice observation! These are the tutorials I followed for 3D camera movement (I think this technique I used is called 2.5D animation if you are looking for addition tutorials): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GZimVBFSGm0.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D7kfx55ci8A.html In the videos they talk about making 3D layers at different depths/Z-Axis, then scaling the layers to return them to the normal size. Then adding a camera into After Effects, you can move it's viewpoint around which creates the depth of field effect. So for the head cut off scene, each layer (the body, background blood, foreground blood, and background) has a different depth, and I slowly revolve the camera around the layers, while everything else remains still. If you would like to know anything else, I'd be happy to explain how I did it.
