"Fight like your life depends on it." That's the message one Florida Sheriff is sending to children statewide after video captured a man trying to kidnap an 11-year-old girl at a Pensacola bus stop.
That's because according to story he creeped her out days before. And her parents were walking her to school until that day. He was waiting for her. Not any other kid.
Yes she is amazing I wish she would become a hero rich celebrity. Her only mistake was to try and grab her belongings wish is incredible to make only one mistake in my opinion as a self defense instructor.
I was kidnapped when I was seven years old from a mall by two men. I survived (obviously) but I am forever changed from the experience. I still have flashbacks. I grew up and had two children that I couldn’t help but overprotect. No child should ever have to experience the pain and hopelessness of being ripped away from your family. I applaud this girl for trusting her instincts are fighting that piece of sh*t. I hope he gets a nice long prison stay and I hope that his fellow inmates find out what he’s there for.
He needs to be charged as if he succeeded in doing everything we know he had planned. There is no good reason to ever let him out of a cell ever again.
The fact that her parents had been with her for the previous weeks and in the first day she was by herself he pulled this stunt means he had been watching her closely for a long time, just waiting for the right moment. I hope he spends his life in prison but we all know he will be out in a couple years.

It could be he works for a network. I heard customers choose specific children from photos on their dark web (unbeknownst to the parents) and sell them for 30 to 100k. If you see strange vehicles lurking in your neighborhood they could be photographing your children.

Woman grabbed me from a mall when I was a kid, I screamed and kicked like never before, my mother followed the screaming and caught up as she was heading for an exit and said something abt 'finding' me crying and trying to find my parents 🙄 disappeared out the door before I knew what happened, was never found. I saw a little one walking lost in a good sized clothes store. I went after the child, but I had my own four children with me. We all ran. I caught up with the child and told them they are safe with me since I have these four children (3, 5, 10, and 12). And I told them we would go to the check out desk. We all went. Then his older sibling came up to me and the cashier.... only thing is, moments later my children realized they were all alone looking for their parents. The older brother was probably 9 the one we saved was about 4. Either way I had later wished I had asked for the parents. Their parents were not near by. We kept an eye on them until they reached their parents which was quite a distance.

That's really scary man. This makes me happy I've trained my son and daughter to hit directly into the solar plexus. Years of training and martial arts training has showed them how to effectively strike into the solar plexus. It's really bad out there people will actually try to take a kid in broad daylight. Hell they'll even try if the parent is by them.
@@STEJTHEGREATEST Well, the solar plexus has absolutely no protective layer. It's the reason why we get the wind knocked out of us very badly and can't breath when hit there. Regarless, it's still not the optimal target in a life or death situation like this. You need to be strong and precise and well-practiced to deliver a stunning blow to the solar plexus. Better to train for the eyes, throat, groin, knee cap, etc. Additionally, trained fighters practice toughening and thickening up that area to prevent devastation during a fight. But not everyone is a trained fighter.

As a father of two I could never wrap my head around leaving my kids or not walking them to their location being School. To all parents don't be lazy just wait until the bus picks them up or walk them or drop them off to their location.
Exactly. I never ever let my kids walk to school alone or never left them at a bus stop alone. Parents should never let their guard down and think just because they live in a decent neighborhood that they can trust to leave their kid alone. There are sick twisted people out there who specifically hunt for kids just like a lion hunts to kill. These evil people are in action around the world 24-7. People need to wake up and protect their precious children especially in these difficult times we are living.
I walked to school since Kindergarten. We were taught never to go near strangers. You can’t shelter your kids forever, BUT YOU CAN EMPOWER THEM! She was old enough to wait for the bus and obviously taught to take care of herself. Thank her PARENTS! Any child can be taken even under the watchful eye of a parent.
Children should NEVER be alone and they should be taught to work together. My male cousin was kidnapped, taken in a car, but he put up such a fuss he let him go. Most girls just say 'please don't hurt me'. FIGHT!
If parents work, like mine did, you have no choice. There were a lot of days I was alone until everyone else arrived at my bud stop. It was middle school and up.
Um yo chill, this is a older child, so of course her parents are going to let her walk by herself, now if its a 5 year old, now we are eye to eye. This also have nothing to do with gender, most girls would actually put up a fight but are weakers against a grown male.
Most parents are people who shouldnt have kids but hate birth control. They will gladly leave their kids unattended with an 80lb dog or a strange old man or in a factory with dangerous objects. They just dont care because their children werent planned or wanted.

Showed my kids this video. The one thing I noticed is that she slowed down to get her bag, teach/tell your kids to run and forget about the belongings.
The same man approached her two weeks prior to his attempted kidnapping! ...and nothing was done? No investigation into who he was?.. Did her parents think he would disappear? I don't understand what they were thinking.
Maybe it’s because I have a daughter of my own or maybe it’s because I myself am a bit of a monster but I feel there’s only one, slow and painful, solution for people like him. I understand that sounds somewhat demented and harsh to say the least but I’m sorry, until we start getting serious about deterrence, stuff like this will continue to happen at an alarming rate. Prison, as bad as it can be, is a vacation to the alternative. I say we make an example of this individual and let those who have made suffering a profession control his future.

My kids are in Krav Maga. They specifically teach them to fight back, fight dirty, and scream scream fire at the top of their lungs. I know it's not affordable to some people, but there are tactics you can look up online
@Ms Bliss no, it is full of kicks which leave one vulnerable. Krav Maga, hand to hand combat and Win Chin self defense is more attainable for kids. Kicking is easy to defend and you have to be an amazing kicker. Win Chin teaches one to repel attacks. The kicks are close range and tactically finding all weak spots. Kicks from far away are god Hollywood.
M T Sorry but Wing Chung is not effective. It’s beautiful and historical but the techniques it teaches you are counter to the fundamentals of actual self defence and it hasn’t stood up to the practical sparring and stress testing that effective martial arts should have. Wing Chung is just another martial art that has been propped up by misinformation and Hollywood.
So---Who videoed this? I didn't really see her fight. He just couldn't hold her long enough, & dropped her. She was too heavy for him to pick up & carry that distance. I hope she caused him to pull out his back.
It's a security camera video, and she was only alone because her mother stayed in the house to change a dirty diaper. The video leaves out a good bit of the story.
Don't see a fight ? Just because you don't see punching and etc doesn't mean it's not a fight.... She squirmed and wrestled her way out of his arms so he couldn't get a good grip. That is a fight.... Fight for her life !!! I've taught my daughter the same things my dad taught me who is a highly ranked RCMP officer who's worked undercover and also homicide unit and has 30 years and still counting on the force.... He has seen the worst of the worst and so he made sure his baby girls knew how to fight back or what to do. I am confident that if this happened to my daughter she would've squirmed and yelled and kicked and scratched ( taught her that to get dna under nails and leave marks to identify suspect) and go for the eyes and groin if a male.. This little girl is a hero for not just letting him take her.. she's not done here on earth and I feel her soul has something big planned 💜🙏💚
People went crazy when they saw a innocent pet tiger getting loose and wandering about his house. Here's proof we have bastards roaming about who are infinitely more dangerous... as they hide, plan and roam for victims quitely among us. I hope he gets into prison and gets "punished" everyday.

@@purplelove3666 My oldest is 20 my middle is 17 and my youngest just turned 11. But we also live way out in the country so its the school bus. I also have two grown sons and my youngest son is 9. Living out in the country ive taught my all my kids how to use guns and they know what to dobif a stranger comes up while we aren't at home. If me and my wife aren't home the doors stay locked and the kids know to call the police and lock themselves in me and my wives bedroom if someone comes up. I keep a hand gun in our nightstand and all three who still live with us know how to shoot.
See kids the only reason he caught up with her was because she tried to grab her belongings which slowed her down. Moral of the story just RUN 🏃🏽♀️ grabbing your belongs is a risk no one should take. Edit: it probably wasn’t the only reason but still don’t grab your stuff when your in this situation.👍🏽
Good points, and lessons taught to kids by moms and dads everywhere. I'd LIKE to think I'd remember how to fight back and not just go into shocked submission if it happened to me. A potential victim who has been terrorized and on guard 100% of the time for weeks is more prepared to fight back like she did. (The amount of practice it probably takes to escape an armed predator that large and quick makes me think she was the bait in an "It's-him-or-me" sting to catch him.)

Parents, its no longer safe nor has it been for a very long time to leave kids at any age unattended. I dont even let my 15 year old catch the city bus by herself. The devil is busy!
I have been letting my kids go take out the trash ... been thinking about it and then think well they have to get exercise and they are together... but not anymore. I won’t let them go anymore.

Outside of cities it's the norm for kids to spend lots of time away from parents/adults. It used to not be a problem so long as the kids are responsible.

We must keep an eye on others children when at bus stops and walking alone. Be each others keepers. Peace. Lock him up, no bond he is a great risk to our children. Mine are grown but when the young kids walked home from bus stops I watched to make sure they were ok. All our grown up now but if we get little ones on our street again. I will watch again. Watch out for my neighbors too.

Good thing someone had good sense in putting up a camera outside. This guy would have gotten away otherwise and probably god only knows what he would have done to some other child. This man deserves to be locked away for life!
@Redneck Hillbilly not true, inmates particularly hate child killers and child molesters. They are labeled “choMos” and are not supposed to be let out into general population. It they aren’t in solitary confinement, they are at risk of sexual assault, physical assault or being murdered. That’s good enough punishment in my eyes.

Had she been any younger he could’ve over powered her and who knows what would’ve happened then we can’t constantly expect the CHILDREN to protect themselves.
