Are any of the pain flare ups at the same time. Like a friend of mine always has pain flare ups just before the sun come up 11pm and like around 2am. So just curious. .
Great question! Everyone is different and everyone’s flare is different (depending on their chronic condition). Some may have flares due to foods or exercise (triggers) and some due to hormone fluctuations. Some flares can be consistent and anticipated whereas sometimes they can’t - all depends!
