To push the bearing in with minimal effort you just have to place the bearing inside the truck and then put the wheel on top, you push a little bit and the bearing perfectly pops right in :) you do this on both sides. To pop the bearings out (from your new wheels) it will be more difficult than your original wheels because moxi wheels don't have a plastic hub inside, that makes it so easy to pop the bearings out with the help of your trucks. But whe you have this plastic hub in your new wheels, to pop the bearings out with the trucks you have to be more careful and put more strength because it's harder. Remeber that the wheels should keep rolling for a while when you test them, so maybe the nuts are too tight or you should wash your bearings and lubricate them. And lastly, you should get "Zero Nuts" its a type of nut that protects your bearings from dirt when skating outdoors.❤ I'm not experienced with skating but I know the theory from so many hours learning and reading information 😅
@Lindsey Skates wipe all the junk from the sides of your bearings then remove the shield of the bearings with a blade. Get bearing cleaner and put your bearings inside to soak or get a small container filled with alcohol and soak your bearings in that. You have to drain the alcohol to get your bearings out (bearings cleaner has a mechanism where you can just pull the bearings out of the cleaner) then get a rag or papertowel and let it dry. You can add bearing lube in between the balls/bearings after cleaning. Your wheels will run like new again and will help it get faster. All the junk and grime in your bearings will slow your wheels over time. Hope this helps!
Hey Lindsey found your videos about two weeks ago and it’s cool to see your progress. You should also try checking out some of the rinks in major cities where roller skating is big. Chicago, Atlanta, etc. Not sure if you’d ever be interested in rink skating but there are some cool styles out there. If you’re not sure what I mean try looking up JB skating to start which is big in Chicago. There are also skate parties across the country, we have a few down here in South Florida from time to time
That sounds like so much fun!! I definitely want to get into rink skating sometime! I am from a small town with no roller rinks, in the next state over there is one kids one and a really good one 1.5 hours away. I really want to go up there sometime. Right now time and money is constraining me, but hopefully in the future I can travel around and see lots of rinks! 😊🥰🛼

@Marissa Ray-Reyes thats good but you should learn to fall safely, that's one of the first things you'll learn in a class to learn how to roller skate because you will fall, even the best skaters fall all the time but you hardly see that on social media. Learning how to fall safely will make it so you learn how to fall on your knee pads so you won't get hurt. You can also look up some videos on how to fall safely.
