I’ve watched a fair few food challenges but Zac painstakingly slurping up that bowl of spittle-filled ice cream sludge is the grimmest sight out of all of them

This was a solid effort ngl

Having tried that hot wings challenge in Dublin myself (which for an Irish person I'm still surprised I actually was able to do at all and didn't burst into flames just by looking at them) Zac's tactic of stripping the wings and then smashing as much as possible into his mouth at once, is actually a sound one. Like if you're going to be in pain anyway, you may as well get as much of it over with as quickly as possible.

I feel your pain, I scratched my balls after chopping some Carolina reaper chilli's, I was crying in the shower with my balls in a bowl of ice for 20mins

This might be one of their most impressive undertakings in terms of physical sacrifice. I felt so much pain just watching.
