Game Over Themes. The catchy songs that you never want to hear. Depending on the difficulty of the game, a Game Over Theme can easily be etched into your mind after a few hours. In that case, you'd obviously want it to sound good and catchy so the player can look back on it one day with fond memories of the game they managed to push themselves through. Game Over Themes can have many different feelings depending on the game. Some can be a simple sound effect, some can be filled with despair, and others can be sad with a mix of motivation to press onward and reach your goal. Either way, they've existed for a long time, and I wouldn't trade them for the world. Here's me trying to make on in 10 minutes. Do I succeed? Or do I too reach my Game Over? Find out in "Attempting to Make a Game Over Theme in 10 Minutes". I hope you enjoy! This one was inspired by the Legend of Zelda series, The Super Mario Series, The Donkey Kong Country Series, and Undertale.

This aint a game over theme, this is a theme for when a game ends, and the ending is depressing and, lets say the mc's friend dies after giving a speech to never give up or something. Name fits in perfectly. Like your friend would be saying push on as you finally deal the last hit to the boss and save the universe.

Push On! sounds like the game over theme of a game where you play as the bad guy, and the heroes are celebrating because the big bad is dead, but there's still a hint of sadness in the song because you're the one that's dead.

I could see this being when like one of the other characters die, sometime before the final fight. Everyone attends their funeral, including the hero, and takes the player through all the memories and good times they shared together... 😢😢 I'm tearing up just typing this out, it so sad!!
