1.Do you have a product?
The purpose of Network Marketing companies is to sell a product.
2. Are the commissions paid for the sale of products?
Independent representatives should obtain their commissions from the profit on sale of products. Membership fees, registration money, and investment fees received on behalf of pyramid chains or pyramid systems are incorrect.
3. Is the aim of the company to sell a product (or what is the purpose of the company?)
Some network companies sell position or empty hope. As we mentioned in the first article, it should be a product with concrete value and the aim of the company before the profit plan should be to sell the product.
4. Is there a relationship between the number of records and earnings?
You cannot earn direct earnings for the people you register. Anyone can register for a network company at no charge. The gain in Network Marketing must be from the products sold.
5. Can representatives make money if hiring is stopped?
If new members do not participate in pyramid structures and bliss chains, you cannot win in the commission.
6. Is it possible to return the product?
Legal network companies have a reasonable product return policy.
7. Do the products have a fair market value?
You should compare the products of network marketing companies with similar products of that quality.
8. Is there a compelling reason to buy the product?
Even if the commission is not won, you should consider whether people buy these products or if there are useful products.
The question of whether network marketing is permissible is not considered by the World Direct Sales Federation. There are different interpretations and different fatwas in Muslim countries.
