We got takeout from Red Robin once a handful of years ago. It wasn't because it wasn't good, but rather the nearest one is about an hour away and a little pricey. That's interesting, the difference between being a picky and particular eater. Oh I love when diners, cafes and the like know you and what you typically order. It really makes a difference. I prefer a small town atmosphere as well. That's so neat to hear that you ate there during The Middle days. The burger sounded good, aside from being so messy. But I'm sorry it didn't turn out so well. I sympathize with you. I've had issues with 'hard things' in various meats growing up, but despite such issues, which turned me off of them for a time, I became a foodie. That was good of them to make things right. It's a hard thing to do, but I've been in that position of having to get a refund, or another meal (sometimes both) for how things turned out. The chicken fingers meal looks so good! This was entertaining (they all are in one way or another). It was nice having lunch with you. Glad you stuck it out Atticus.

This video was from a year ago with the price of restaurant/fast food being ridiculous then. It is even more ridiculous now. My adult daughter and I can hardly eat out any more, but that's ok as our food is much better. It's just nice to eat out when we have to go into town and run errands. Oh well. Hey Atticus! It's been a while since I had time to sit down and really enjoy your vids. This was so fun. I've never had Jack in the Box but my go-to meal at any fast food place has always been a spicy chicken sandwich!! Truly the best thing on the menu, everytime.

I've done that with eating the buns like a taco! Definitely delicious, never had the spicy chicken sandwich but it does sound delicious!

I like your shirt and hat very cool. It's nice of you to run all these errands with the added bonus of you making a fun fast food video. It's cool to hear stories about your childhood. I also liked to eat spicy food as a kid! I have never been to Jack in the Box. But it looks good. I had some curly fries from Arby's today. I am curious as to how they compare to Jack in the Box's curly fries. I also like to dip ranch with fries. So good! Not a food item, However, I played Poptropica recently, which was my childhood. I recently googled why McDonald's french fries taste different from when I first tried them and ate often in the 70s. They fried in beef tallow. Bought some and tried it at home in a Presto Fry Baby. Amazing!

I couldn’t think of anything I tried that I haven’t had in a long time but theirs this Chinese restaurant not far at all where I live and we’ll get egg rolls with our food and so I noticed their egg rolls aren’t the same like idk if it’s something extra they added or someone new making them but I am disappointed because they used to be so good. This happened recently to. But I enjoyed your video Atticuss Jack in the box is an alright place for me. I definitely recommend trying Burger Kings whoppers they are so good

I don't have a fast food place or restaurant but I do have a product that has turned bad for me, a pizza we have here in UK that you buy from the supermarket, it's called Chicago Town Pizza, they changed the sauce and it's so spicy now. Not enjoyable at all. I hate when companies or places change ingredients when it's not needed. I would love to see you go eat at KFC, McDonalds oh and Wendy's because we are getting here where I live next year so to see what they offer would be great. I commented in In & out about you not using ketchup for fries, I got the answer here. I don’t use ketchup with seasoned fries and the ones from Rally’s/ Checkers. Get the crunchy tacos. I also saw your Taco Bell vídeo and commented my recommendation about these tacos.

I live in Pa so sadly I've never tried Jack in the Box. I recently went to DQ and got an ice cream cake. I was grossly disappointed because where did the yummy fudge go?!? Funny how things change over the years. I mean, they even have pictures of how thick the fudge should look! Slackers LOL Oh and btw, I recently found out im allergic to sesame seeds so I guess I can't have sesame seed buns anymore.

If I'm being honest, I've never had Jack in the Box before. They don't have one near where I live. I'd have to drive all the way up to Atlanta to try it lol You know what you kinda gave me an idea for what kind of content I could do for my RU-vid channel that I'm trying to start. I would have to say that the McDonald's down the road from where I live, they're nuggets are so bad now. Their either overcooked or undercooked and it's mostly because the management there has gotten worse. I would suggest, if you really want something spicy that doesn't disapoint, get something from Zaxby's. They got some really good stuff.

Tomato & lettuce are always so soggy and weird tasting from fast food places. Any time I have a burger/sandwich I want ALL the veggies but if it’s fast food just give me meat and cheese 😂

The best example of something tasting different after years of not having it is Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza. I used to enjoy it quite a lot. I recently had it when Taco Bell brought it back. I was very disappointed. It’s not the same!!😢

The tacos still taste the same. Those are about the one thing I get there.

I really didn't think you would finish the sandwich

I somehow knew once you told your story about eating that same exact meal when you were younger, that once you tried it again during the video it wouldn't taste the same for you. Some of it may have to do with them changing it up. Things these days seem to be more processed than they were even when I was a kid. But a lot of it also may have to do with taste buds changing as one ages. There are foods that I liked as a kid that I no longer do. For example, I used to like pork chops. Now, I'm not a big fan. I used to enjoy having a steak, and yes, believe it or not, I am not a steak guy anymore. As for the next fast food place you should try, I am not sure if it counts, but I'd like to see you do a Panda Express if there are any around,. I am not sure if they are national or not. If not that then maybe Arby's. I hope your day/night is going well.

it is 11sies ehre today as well Atticus and i knwo what you mean everywhere goes waay up on prices and skimped on everything else Burger king they re waay smaller than what they used to be and changed everything what used to be $1.50 is now $22.50, im going holy cow i can't afford that Washington as became a nightmare.i miss A & W they ahd great burgers there and great floats also i miss them dearly

Dude! Member their tacos for 99 cents?! I’ll take 20 bucks worth. I must say I’m highly disappointed in Taco Bell these days. In the 90’s, back when they had the actual bell on top of the building, man, their food was so good to me. That was high school. Since, I’ve loved their double decker taco SUPREME with extra cheese. No lettuce. They. Don’t. Have. Them. Anymore. So now on the rare occasion I go there, I get a Mexican Pizza. I stopped getting tacos there altogether because I don’t like all my diced tomatoes to have butts on them.

Wendys fries were the best years ago. They were thick, salty , fried perfectly. Tried them a few months ago after not having them for years and it was disappointing. They were thin, uncooked and no flavor. Disappointing!

My disappointment is unmeasurable and my day is ruined. 😢😅
