Ballet Beautiful workouts are fantastic. Make sure that in addition to the videos you listen to these tips on YT-icing on an already satisfying "cake." I have 10 of the digital DVD's and find them just challenging enough to have really lengthened and strengthened my body in ways which were never achieved by running or using elliptical machines - no bulky muscles with Ballet Beautiful workouts. As a former dancer, I also appreciate the emphasis on form and the incorporation of ballet movements. The videos are not expensive and worth every penny. Do yourself a big favor and get on board with Ballet Beautiful. You will be amazed at the way your body changes in the most positive of ways. Plus, Mary Ellen is very encouraging and the customer care is exemplary. Thank you Ballet Beautiful.

I don't subscribe but have most of the DVDS. They are wonderful, very tough and challenging but I get such great results!
