I know this is about PCR tests but DNA sampling must be similar, with swabs only a minute amount is needed, if someone sneezed with their mouth open there is a likelihood that there is a sample of DNA on whoever was within range, if someone sneezed over the laundry basket while they were looking for clean clothes there is a possibility all the clothes were sprayed, if someone put one of those items of clothes on sweat might liberate some of the DNA and transfer it to the skin.
Pretty open and shut not guilty. Didn't hear the prosecution closing arguments, but not much they can do after that. Pretty blunt about some delicate issues, but definitely made his case.
