Distinctiveness will be high when the behaviour is different in this case , if the behaviour is same in all similar situations it shows that there is less distinctiveness. In the example if Ramesh is happy with all movies he watches, distinctiveness will be low but if the behaviour is specific to this movie ,distinctiveness is high. Consistency is about the behaviour being same every time he watches this particular movie. Here it is not about his behaviour while watching other movies.
