3 parameters of motivation: IDP ---> Intensity, Direction & persistence MASLOW'S need hierarchy theory: 5 rigid step: physiological needs --> safety needs ---> social needs ---> esteem needs---> self actualization needs bottom 2 = lower order needs; top 3= higher order needs ERG Alderfer Theory: existence needs ---> relatedness needs ----> growth needs person can be at multiple levels, unlike Maslow's need hierarchy theory not necessary to satisfy lower order needs to reach higher level of needs

It's difficult to say ... as of students pass they say it was more than enough if they don't they say otherwise around .. better to read and practice and judge yourself
@@dramitlal sir I do have Edutap course too but it has alot of irrelevant stuff too out of syllabus and many a times it becomes difficult to study from that
