1) Excellent, or at least good histology is so crucial for these biopsies. 2) I love and share your commitment to being as definitive as possible whenever you can. That said, it is really nice to see you all calling "focus of atypical cells," when this is as far as you can go, but not using that as a cop out on hard cases. Thankfully, I work with amazing clinical colleagues who understand this and use their clinical judgement to do whatever is best for each individual patient based on the summary of all clinical, radiographic data combined with the histology.
