Not really, it's been pretty busy during the day, foot traffic has actually increased following the pandemic and is surpassing pre pandemic level's. And that's with Britomart being closed lately. With it recently reopened and when the CRL station's are active the whole CBD area is going to be well covered with people. And I'm not sure by what you mean when you say the council stopped most cars coming into the CBD, they haven't, they've just restricted the use of some Streets for private vehicle's.
