Does this work for a Bluetooth disconnection problem?

Worked for me. But had to disconnect Bluetooth device from my phone and reconnect

Hi. I would suggest you to try to disconnect the car battery for a few minutes. If this doesnt help read the fault memory of the mmi with a diagnostic tool
