Indeed, it never is plug&play 😄 Welcome for finding you the leather seats and thank you for selling me yours! But when you needed to open yours up, I'm not sure you were thinking the same 🤭😁
Romanian here, but I'll write in English for everybody to understand. the best seats I ever had were the AGR (Aktion Gesunde Rücken - Campaign for a healthy back) on an Opel Astra J GTC. then there are the current seats from the Audi S4 B8/8K (A4 with an obnoxious engine). Honda Civic's lacked a good lateral hold, and the Merc SLK R171's were so bad for the spinal cord in the lower back area that I had to use a pillow behind my back to get some anatomic support.
First of all I want to tell you nice work man. Congratulations on your persistence and effort you are giving to your car. I wanted to ask you what could be a problem with driver's seat heating? When I turn on my seat heaters the indicator light on the console board turns off after 5s and my seat is not heating any more. Does this means that the heaters are dead or some wires are unplugged and disconnected and how hard is it to change those heaters and what could be their price. My model of Audi is A4 2015 B8. Thank you for watching my videos! Did you try to do a scan of the car? I would expect you get some sort of error if it shuts off the heating by itself. That being said, it's quite difficult to guess the problem. But if the heating element is bad, I would buy a second hand seat and either move all the foam padding, with the heating element already glued to it, or directly install that working seat into the car. It's close to impossible to just move the heating element itself, as it's glued really well in place.
@@UltimateDIY You are most welcome dear friend, thank you for your time to record everything what you are doing and fixing on your car. I will definitely check some computer errors because I haven't done that. And i will try to check the wires just to make sure that maybe some of them didn't get disconnected. But if it's really dead like you said which would be very unbelievable for me since the car is very young somewhere in the future I will replace the complete seat. Thank you so much for your time to answer and help me, i will inform you about my progress what has happened to it and how did I fix it. Thank you once more.

Pai stai, eu nu am pus scaune cu reglaj electric. Daca vrei cu reglaj e complicata treaba din cate stiu eu. Dar nu iti pot da detalii, pentru ca am citit doar intamplator pe forumuri.

Can the seats from the station wagon be installed in the sedan, people claim that the back seats from the station wagon are completely suitable for the sedan?
I have standard seats without seat heating, can i replace it with sportier seats with heating, my climate control does not have buttons for heating seats can i just change it .
They are the same shape as the sport seats, so they are not worth the price difference for me. Also I don't like to have s-line text on elements from my non s-line car.

Din pacate o sa am mai putini spectatori. Aproape toata lumea stie putina engleza, dar romana doar noi. Subtitrarile sunt foarte greu de facut si dureaza mult. Nu mai zic ca in alte tari sunt invatati cu "filme" dublate in limba lor, nu subtitrari, deci nu o sa le convina.

@@UltimateDIY eu am un audi A4 b8 avant din 20009 e s line și vreau sa modific la el mai multe componente gen faruri , stopuri , evacuare , un lipp și o navigație pe android de 10,5 Inch dar nu știu nici un site de încredere unde sa fac aceste cumparaturi deoarece nu-s ieftine și nu am chef sa arunc bani pe geam
Chestia e ca nici eu nu am site-uri de incredere. Caut si eu la fel ca si tine si sper sa nu imi iau teapa. Cand am un site care totusi pare mai rasarit, de obicei il pun, dar rar de tot se intampla.
@@UltimateDIY crezi ca de pe eBay produsele se potrivesc cu descrierea ? Eu am găsit niște stopuri full led dar ma tem sa comand ca sunt 400 de euro și dacă nu se potrivesc
