I am also debating if this is a smart purchase in 2023 (I would purchase a 2015 version) mainly because of the tech inside (can you do carplay?) has that been any issue to you? otherwise one of the sexiest cars around

I've had my S5 Convertible for 3 years & it's still brilliant. 330 BHP, practical & pretty good on fuel for a 3litre supercharged. I have swopped the 20" wheels for 18's because of the potholes that are a pain in the rectum. I had an issue with the roof (rectified by DG Auto's) & a gearbox service (thanks AP Transmissions). For my Wife & myself its the perfect car. Thanks for the great review on a car that is overlooked....Oh, it came with indicators as standard............
I have the A4 b6 3.0 and think it looks better than the A5 cab. But whatever the your taste may be these are head turning convertibles and excellent drivers.
I was looking to purchase a SL 500 convertible a 08 model. Absolutely beautiful cars, but the leaing roof was a major factor for me. It's a shame 😢 so now I'm looking at a 04 e46 m3 convertible manual or the Audi S5 convertible. Good luck in your search/choice.
