Driving an audi a7 3.0 tdi V6 with 300hp(tuned by MTM)at full speed(240km/h) at night on german highway(no speedlimit).

Please note, Germany is the country of "no speed limit" highways. So in some places, it's allowed to drive very fast.

Does this car have the any ambient lighting features stock? Ive seen online and many of them seem to have no lighting's in it. Maybe it's cuz they didn't turn it on?

yes you have an app on your phone and you can turn it off or change the color,yes it is reliable 👍
