Question please cause I don't get it, the s4 b8 has 330bhp standard and a remap from Apr takes to 440 yeah, why does it say the a6 3.0tfsi has 290bhp and with a remap about 400bhp if its the same engine? Sorry for the noob question I'm just baffled because I am looking to buy the a6
@@Fordfocusstmk3250 Although the A6 and the S4 share the same motor, the A6 is a detuned version. Perhaps internally the same but definitely different software. A6 is a large sedan and is it not really meant for sporty and spirited driving, while the S4 is smaller and sportier and is targeted to drivers who look for performance. Also my first generation ECU for my 3.0 TFSI A6 is not as tunable as for example the later generation A6 and of course the newer S4s. It all comes down to software in the end.
@@3.0asexwhere he hit 180??? Only because it’s on the dash doesn’t mean the car can hit it easily. And i mean the top end is not good on these cars because of the supercharger( he is just too small) This are great cars for driving in town and fast acceleration to 120-130mph but after that it feels like the heat rlly kills the performance. I drive a s4 b8 currently on 480whp and 670nm, i have a few things left so 500whp are definitely possible but as i said top end is the only downside
@@3.0asex yeah ofcourse it hits it but not easily and iam not a guy who likes to go to 200mph and then i say oh my car hit 200, iam more like how long did it take too 200mph. Other cars in the same category have better top, but it’s a crazy fast car nonetheless and i have respect everytime iam sitting in it
I've got a VW CC 2.0T APR stage 1 and honestly the tune is badass. I smoke V6 Camrys and Nissans all day, like its not even close. you can feel the 310lb/ft of torque. Totally worth it.

@@simranjeetrocks oh yeah, I'm just barely behind Mustangs in the CC. Everything up to the V8 I can smoke, even the 5.7 Chargers and 300s. With a tune and maybe a smaller pulley you could absolutely take scat packs
Ya mine does about that also! 0 to 60 in 3.3 to 3.4 sec...It kills pretty much any RWD cars. Do a man race from a dig... less arguing then if you roll race... trust me iv heard every excuse from a roll.... try beating a light!!! Lol 😆

Have you had any issues with the supercharger's magnetic clutch? I have stage 1 APR tune at 38k miles and the clutch went out this week... Looking to go up to stage 2 but the clutch issue may stop me. ( Extra detail, I have a 2018 A7 3.0T C7.5 generation) Also, does the TCU tune give you launch control? Thanks!

More like sub 3 seconds... I have the same set up but in an A6... Quickest iv done was the same as him 3.4 seconds to 60 and 7.8 seconds to 100 mph. They kills mustangs and hellcat from a light with ease... Bus lengths,, not even a close race to be honest but the look on their faces is priceless 😂🤣
I would go straight to stage 2. Intake, single pulley and tune can give you a reliable 480hp/600nm depending on the tune/tuner. My B8 S4 has this and with the cooler uk climate doesn't need any cooling upgrades. Other recommendation would be to tune the TCU as well if you have DSG.
Hey Sam I have the same thing but the A6 2017 same motor and transmission tho same weight. It's the supercharger... They put smaller and bigger pulleys to make more power. Stock is 333, with the The APR stage 2+ 100 octane tune will be over 500 hp and are super car quick! For racing... They don't lose much... LoL 😂
@@supercharger_a7472 That is insane. I have a 2015 A7 with 490hp tuned by MRC, also in UK! What fuel are you using for the e40 file?? Would love to take mine to 600hp, although not sure the CREC engine will allow it without serious money spent 😢 Would be great to see a video of it @ 600hp!

You've just prompted me to have another Google and have just seen 034 released a clutch delete kit for the crec engine just this year, so looks like I'm about to get poorer!! Happy motoring mate 👊🏼
Seemed a bit slow above 150kph think my S4 on stage 1 with 420HP is the same, and on stage 2 (about515HP) is quiet a lot faster? what boltons you got? all i got is Injen airtake, ngk coils and plugs bigger supercharger pully and a milltek exhaust
thats the parts you need, and then get a 034motorsport stage2+ tune and you got 550HP easy and reliable, just do oil change every 5000km and hold back on the launch controlls

Check out brothers 2013 a7 tuned by jhs in Stockton California he's running 3.88 0-60 id love to see these two match up definitely would be neck to neck 💯 his Instagram is tuned_a7
Btw he was running the same apr tune. Which is outdated and they no longer update. Jhs is still making updates for their tunes and different versions. Not every engine is the same but they are working on packages aswell as many other major internal and external engine modifications. I'm not sure of all his mods although ik he is stage 2+ ultra
