It'd be cool to keep it going. In the case that you can't keep up with the costs, don't scrap it. Give it another life to someone else or store it for the future, these cars are becoming uncommon and don't deserve the scrap.

I'm a little confued by your statement. Parts wise they are cheaper than a Ford Fiesta.

It's really all you need if you want the best of both world between old school senstations and modern performance.

Agree, it has nothing to do with Audi 80, maybe sharing some parts. It's name is Audi Cabriolet. They look fabulous, are super reliable, and you'll love driving it

How is it reliability wise? Like the parts and the maintenance? I’m thinking about getting one, it’s only 2,000 dollars.

@@Sometimesiwanttoread reliability depends on the scheduled maintenance being performed over 20 years. I did my own all those years and had no problemsI didn't cause myself. The V-6 cyl engine is regarded as one of the best, the transmission. New parts for the body are getting very hard to find even used. You get what you pay for. Talk to your local independent Audi auto mechanic, for more insight. There were only 3,000 imported into the USA in many years which is hardly any.

The 2.6 v6 is a pleasure to drive at speed in Germany.

The ride is perfect I went skiing with it from London all the way to the alps and back. and a daily trip from the hotel to the slopes, actually even good on snow with the front wheel drive.
