could you use parts for an r32 on a 3.2 l tt engine? people on old forums say they're basically the same engines with a few differences in compression.

I have the marbling noise, but on blocks 208 and 209 I am only showing -3 on both blocks! Should I be concerned?

The chains can be checked with VCDS diagnostic if they need changing or not. Mileage or age is irrelevant.

Is there anyway to just replace the tensioners and upp guides without dropping everything?

The camshaft chain tensioner can definitely be replaced.

I changed my chain at 330.000km in 2019 A3 3.2 sporback 2004 ( engine oil max 10.000km)

I see, there is some myth about the marble can noise in vr6. Its pretty hard job to blow up such huge and great engine. Anyway, good job yours.

The VR6 is a good engine. Last week I bought myself a 2.8 24v vr6. Maybe urs4 will go under the hood someday. I'll make a video of it sometime.

Andres Leever excellent, best vw engine. Check my chanel, i own a tt vr6 3.2 dsg mk1 and its so solid.
