Here we go! The much anticipated Audi UrS6 build vlog part III is here! And what would be better than doing a VEMS ECU install? So long mass air flow and hello speed density! I thoroughly enjoy this series I have created and hope to keep it going as long as possible. Hope you guys enjoy the video, I worked hard on it! We have upgraded suspension and Porsche brakes going on the car soon so stay tuned! 2021 is just around the corner and I have all sorts of videos to make for the next chapter on this journey.

Happy New Year everyone! Thank you all for supporting the channel and helping it grow. 2020 has been the best year for the channel so far and 2021 is going to be even better! I have a lot of videos planned for this next year but I still want to hear from you guys and know what you have interest in seeing, the feedback has been tremendously helpful. I wanted to end the year with a good video so I'm very thankful that everything lined up for me to make this trip and get this footage for the channel, I couldn't be happier. I plan on doing a full in-depth how to VEMS ECU install and setup on the tornado red S4 next year for those interested in a full length video. I can not explain how educational these videos are! And VEMS is exactly where I’m at. Just finished a 040 pump with the harness upgrade to accompany the eBay headers, gt30, RS injectors, a few new pipes and hoses. I’m “scraping” front and rear seats. I’ve lost sleep trying to decide, HEATED REAR seats in a 94... I’ll keep the harness haha. Any who VEMS info is what I needed today!

Make sure you put some terminal covers on the battery terminals. I didn't have any on my S4 and the back seat touched the positive terminal and oh most caught fire. There is metal bracing under the back seat and the metal bracing sits right on top of the positive battery terminal. I was cleaning the car and sat down on back seat. Which the seat flexed down and made contact with the positive terminal. It started smoking like crazy. Luckily I keep the backseat not bolted in with the two screws. Was able to rip seat off and disconnect battery. It was a close call. Burnt up battery, some wiring, and seat. Was able to rewire and everything is ok. There is some large battery terminal covers that work perfect. Also put some fireproof foam on top of battery just incase. Wanted to let you know because don't want it to happen to your car.

That is a very true statement about the covering the battery terminals to avoid jumping them with the seat. I'm glad you got away with minimal damage, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy! In my personal car I have the rear seat removed to avoid this issue, I also have two fuel pump harnesses at the battery so I like the quick accessibility to them. I go way too fast to have extra passengers anyway :)

@@americantaxpayer I have seen your car before, absolutely mint. It's black if I'm remembering correctly, one of the cleanest examples I have ever seen. Unfortunately the Toyo R888's are W rated so I'm limited to 167 mph for now so no records yet lol. I do crave for more power and really want to put together some badass races this next year and show the world you can't count an old AAN out! One question.. Your Lambda says at first 1.83.. so you go for a ride and then it works fine. Is it only working when you are driving? Or does it have to get warm? Ps. Sorry for this good english :D

Great question, I should have mentioned that in the video. On a cold start the Lambda should start out rich and then slowly lean out to 1.00 at idle by the time the car is warmed up. But sometimes this someftware can be funky and it doesn't display the reading right away. It's not that the car has to warm up, as 1.83 Lambda is far too lean for an engine to run. 1.83 is the max reading for the sensor, if it doesn't display the actual reading then it will just read 1.83 until it decides to display the actual reading. I guess you could call that a software glitch? Nevertheless it is still a good idea to put a separate wideband gauge in the car for a second reading. Monitoring the Air Fuel ratio is the best insurance for any high performance engine so why not have two insurance plans? Hope this helps, thanks for watching!

Can you explain please what was done to the breather system? Are you letting the block and head breathe via an oil separator?

This car has a 034 oil catch can just like on my car. If you pause the video at 5:21 you can see it mounted just in front of the brake master cylinder. At this power level the catch can works great! I have it setup to drain the collected oil back to the oil pan for minimal service. Hope this helps!
